Construction Company reviews in Boston, Massachusetts

My phone has been cut off twice by whoever pick the phone today in this company. Great customer service. Btw, the address blow is wrong. Thank you!

Professional and Safety Good job.

Very happy with the project I had done by Cityside. Came out awesome!

Been working with them for the last couple of years and they have never looked for the easy way out he will always get everything done properly and it always comes out great 10/10 recommended.

Nick at Cityside does excellent work! He's easy to reach, consistently over-delivers on promises, all while staying within budget and on schedule. I would definitely collaborate with Nick and his crew again for similar renovation and new build projects.

Nick and his whole team at Cityside Construction did an exceptional job demolishing our triple decker’s old porches and building new ones. They were thorough, collaborative, and very knowledgeable. As unpredictable problems arose, Nick and his team were able to pivot and adapt to come up with effective solutions, without adding too much extra cost. All of Cityside’s partner contractors were incredibly professional and highly skilled; truly some of the best tradespeople we’ve ever worked with. Overall, the quality of the work was next-level.
Additionally, they quickly procured all the proper permits and followed all safety protocols. Our new porches are beautiful; we get lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. We would absolutely hire Cityside again and would highly recommend them.

I recently hired Cityside Construction to install a patio at my home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The Cityside team demonstrated remarkable professionalism throughout the project. They provided thoughtful design recommendations that perfectly aligned with our vision while offering practical solutions for our space. What impressed me most was their ability to handle all aspects of the project with minimal input required from our side - they managed everything from coordination to material selection seamlessly.

Despite challenging winter conditions and a difficult access point (a narrow alleyway that required all work to be done by hand), the Cityside team completed the installation efficiently without compromising on quality. Their transparency throughout the process was refreshing - we were kept informed at every stage with no unexpected costs or delays.

The finished patio exceeds our expectations in both appearance and construction quality. It's evident that the work was completed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring durability even with the challenging installation circumstances.

For anyone seeking patio installation services, I highly recommend Cityside Construction. Their combination of craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer service makes them an outstanding choice for any outdoor project.

Nick and his team were absolutely amazing. They were very patient with us during the planning process, while we decided the scope of work, but once we were aligned there and the permits came through, his team went to work. They delivered within the estimated timeline, and Nick kept in excellent communication throughout the process, texting us regularly and coming onsite for walkthroughs to discuss specifics. They took our original 1958 kitchen and barely updated basement and made them into dream living spaces, and we love our home!

I would highly recommend Cityside Construction for any renovation project, large or small. I will definitely work with them again!

Great people very honest a pleasure to deal with

Great company with a very competitive and supportive staff.

131 years in business, doing everything right

Dude driving the red truck "TP-240" on the back can't drive for his life. straight up cut off a passat & watched him cause an accident on rt24

Work in beverly ma 201 e lothrop attempting to excavate flow fill. This is basically concrete that was poured on top of our 12 inch water main 5 feet away from your conduit. Complete lack of oversight basically stopping our progress. Worst workmen ship i have ever seen. 6 feet thick at least 100 feet long. Also it was well known we were replacing this main. Day 2 at 201 e lothrop flowable fill is at least 8 feet outside your scope of work feel free to stop by we will be here for a few days trying to get through this disaster

He is a very tough man to deal with

Great customer service. The sales rep (Cameron Root) was knowledgeable on the products we needed and we felt at ease with all the information he provided to us. We recommend working with him, if you decide to go with Capital construction.

I had reservations about the trim work around the newly installed shower and toilet. Was concerned about how it would blend in with our existing tiles and flooring. Well, the guys nailed it! A beautiful professional job that really looks great.
They ran tarps from the front door all the way to the upstairs bathroom and left everything immaculate. We have had almost every room done over in the 35 years we have lived in this house. This was the finest work done to date. Thank you!

Capital replaced a very large wall of siding for us - not technically difficult, but just a lot of work. The job they did was very good, the communication was good, and the timeline of the project was correct. They were not the cheapest option, but were very professional. They cleaned up and protected the work site, including coming back a couple of weeks afterwards to pick up a palette they'd left behind. One star off, since their dumpster driver took out a piece of our gate. They repaired it, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Would recommend and use again.

We are very happy with the finished product. We had a new roof installed and 4 skylights replaced, and everything looks great! The roofers were efficient, professional, and courteous. Some interior work had to be done as well to frame the skylights, and everyone who came into our home was pleasant, easy to work with, and highly skilled.
