Very rude. Tried to charge me $500 for one hours work of worth when they told me over the phone it would be $299 to clean my sectional. I questioned why it was $500 for him to steam my couch for one hour and he compared his job to that of a lawyer. Not the same.

Mike Carpet & Upholstery South Boston offers excellent service, definitely recommend. Had living room carpets done. They all look great and new now. Surprisingly they had their shoes covered with a plastic covering so they wouldn't dirty the other areas in my house that I was not getting cleaned. I have never seen that before and have to say I was impressed.
