Worst service ever. I got an online wuote and booked an appointment but noone showed up to the appointment. When I finally called after waiting for3 hours AI greeted and said she didn’t know about scheduling. Then I wrote an email and finally this guy Rudy sent a message saying they left me a message, which they didn’t, a total lie instead of an apology. And not only that, he said “do you know about the minimums”? I already got a quote online why would he bring that up? Anyhow, I canceled right away, and I strongly suggest anyone to stay away. What a waste of my time!

Called to get my carpets and couch cleaned he said such a great job I got my mattress cleaned also and it smells great now. Rudy was very professional with scheduling and communication. Would recommend perfect touch to everyone.

Had Allcarefor over for a clean and, wow, they nailed it. Showed up on time, super friendly crew, and they really got into every corner without needing any harsh chemicals. My place looks and feels awesome now. Plus, they made sure I was cool with everything before they headed out. Definitely worth it and would totally recommend them.

Very happy with their customer service and work. I had a small sisal rug to be repaired and cleaned and they did a great job. Their supplier sent the wrong trim necessary for the repair so there was a bit of a delay but they made sure they got the correct fabric and the rug back to me quickly.

After my birthday weekend my place was destroyed. Cups everywhere, sticky floor, stains on the carpet, kitchen piled up. I legit didn’t know where to start. Booked a clean the next morning and they knocked it out. They even took out all the trash bags outside. By the time they finished it looked like nothing happened. Lifesaver fr.
