MaidPro has come every other week to clean my apartment for about a year and a half. They provide great service at competitive prices. They are always responsive, and are great about reminders, letting you know in advance if there is a necessary schedule change, and are very accommodating when you need to change your date of service. I wouldn't use any other company for maid service.

Susan was so detailed and thorough. 1st time since i lost my previous cleaner and same great service. Susan asked questions cause every unit is different. Great job and my search is over.

I have to say Elba and MaidPro do a great job in cleaning my apartment. I'd recommend MaidPro to anyone (and do), it's so worth the money not to have to clean myself! My favorite day of the week is the day that MaidPro cleans. The minute I open the door I can smell the clean. The place is always neat and tidy. I do not know what I would do without MaidPro!

I'm always pleased with my cleaning service from Maid Pro. Lisa M does a great job! Her attention to detail is great, which is awesome! My place always looks so nice after she's been there. She's very thorough :-)

Bouchra is the best! She has worked diligently to clean our apartment for the past 8 months or so and we couldn't be happier. The place is always spotless month after month and she is polite, courteous, and timely. She is an absolute time and life saver.

We had our first office cleaning from MaidPro today, and Deolinda (Linda) Silva did a great job on the first real cleaning since our office space was renovated and we moved in. There was tons of sawdust leftover from the renovations that she carefully removed all of. She also did a thorough job cleaning the floor, moving furniture out of the way and cleaning tabletops as she went. We're looking forward to having Linda back in a couple weeks to help keep the space clean now that it's not so far behind. Thanks!

We are returning to MaidPro after an absence of 10 years (having been serviced by the Arlington office in the past). I'm so glad to use them again. This was our initial cleaning at this home, and Miryan Ruiz is fantastic! A very thorough job! Thank you, Miryan and MaidPro!

My work schedule doesn't allow me the time to devote to my 2 bedroom apartment the way I would like. So I found MaidPro. I'm going on 2 years with MaidPro and I've very pleased with the service and the professional manner they run their business. They try to have the same Cleaning Professional/Maid clean your home, which helps for comfort and peace of mind as there is an option for the MaidPro to have a key to your home. (The keys stay at the headquarters). The rates are pretty reasonably. They provide a calendar in advance and work around the schedule you want. One minor draw back, on a couple occasions when I cancelled a cleaning for that week, a MaidPro still showed. Be mindful to call or email a week in advance if you need to cancel.

MaidPro is an excellent service for keeping your home looking great! We've been using our service for about 6 months and it's been a god-send. We are especially happy with our personal service provider, Deolinda. She's reliable, efficient and overall a great representative of MaidPro. The back office folks (Jackie and Roy) are very helpful too.

Here's the best thing about MaidPro...our home smells wonderful after Linda is done. We live in a small 1 BR in the city and, of course, over time the smells from the city and our kitchen tend to make the place smell musty and old. After Linda comes by (and thankfully uses Murphy's Oil Soap for us...our request [note: MaidPro is very flexible]) the place just smells so good. I know it's a little thing...but in 500 sq. feet of living space...well, we just love when MaidPro/Linda visit.

Keep up the great work and we highly recommend them.

To anyone considering trying them out, we recommend just trying a one-time cleaning...that's how we got hooked.

We moved into our apartment and didn't have anytime to do a deep clean the floors before furniture started to arrive. We were thrilled when Amanda came to clean and focused on the kitchen where we noticed the most build up of dirt. She scrubbed the floor and even moved the oven to get behind it where dust had accumulated. We are pleased with our service and look forward to having her come back monthly to help maintain a comfortable livingn space.

Great value and people! Super-communicative throughout the process. I want to give a shout-out to Katherine who helped accommodate my schedule and say that Stephanie and Jessica did an awesome job (they even cleaned behind my washing machine, which I'm sure hasn't seen the light of day in years.) I highly recommend them and will be using them for a move-out cleaning!

We've been using this service once per month for about a year, now, and we're very happy. We don't always get the same person, but everyone has always been great. They listen to what you want and do it well. They also do what they can to go above and beyond in little ways if they have some extra time, like dusting or washing a few extra dishes. I have limited mobility and they've made life so much less stressful.

We have used MaidPro for 4-5 months. We switched from another Boston cleaning service. We love MaidPro and most importantly, we LOVE our Pro, Nora! She is extremely thorough and very detail oriented. She always leaves a friendly note on the table with a summary of what she has completed. I would encourage anyone to ask for her when signing up! My husband and I are always thrilled to come home when we know that she has cleaned. Overall, MaidPro is super easy to use, clear about very fair cleaning prices and [fantastically] high cleaning standards, fast in response times and very flexible with rescheduling cleaning appointments, if needed. Roy (back at the office is also really pleasant and has been very helpful with scheduling. If you're looking for a great, longterm cleaning solution--MaidPro (and Nora!) is the way to go--great value, worth every penny.

I had MaidPro Boston do a move-out clean for me soon after one of my tenants left their apartment. Naomi and Stephani were great! They gave us a very thorough move out clean and made it look so much better than it was before they came in. The kitchen and bathroom, which I was most concerned about, looked like new. Livi did an awesome job making my apartment sparkling clean! I got my apartment cleaned out for a move-out clean, and my unit seemed like a brand new place after the service. I was also particularly impressed with how responsive and communicative Katherine is! She was very attentive and super friendly when assessing what kind of service I needed. I got my quote along with a list of specific cleaning that will get done to make sure we are all on the same page. When the cleaning service seemed to take longer than expected, they reached out to me to notify the situation and gave me a heads up to check with me if it is okay, and also gave me an estimation of any extra charges that may come up. I really appreciated the open and good communication! I felt very safe with their service, and I would 10000% recommend MaidPro to anyone who is considering a professional cleaning service for their homes.

I requested a move-out clean of my former Boston apartment and was perfectly satisfied with the quality of work from the MaidPro cleaners. My cleaners Miryam and Jessica did a wonderful job. They were on time, professional, kind, respectful, and listened carefully to which areas I wanted them to focus on. I am very satisfied with the cleaning and would recommend MaidPro Boston to anyone in a heartbeat!

We've been using MaidPro every two weeks for the past few months. We're extremely happy with the service. They are incredibly responsive, and are understanding of our requests.

For the price, I couldn't be happier. We had extremely expensive cleaning services in the past and they just weren't worth the cost. MaidPro is quick and even for a weekly clean, the price is worth it.
