Working with BraBos has been the best cleaning experience. The team is so professional, thorough and thoughtful. I have tried a few cleaning services but they never clean as well I do, so I end up disappointed. I am now in the last week of my pregnancy and have been unable to clean myself the past few months so I tried BraBos and have been beyond happy. Everything is sparkling and the team leaves beautiful touches like bows on the tissues and roses on the toilet paper. They also left a sweet note for my baby. Scheduling is also very easy and the team has been very flexible, moving cleanings to accommodate my doctors appointments. You should absolutely try BraBos for your cleaning and organizing needs.

I have been a Brabos Cleaning client for two and a half years always leaving a 20 percent tip because of the quality of cleaning but lately have found organization and communication to be poor. Cleaners were repeatedly late with no notice and when confronted, halfhearted apologies were provided by Brabos but this repeated for future bookings this year. The last cleaning had a price surge that was not clearly communicated despite being a long term client and cleaners arrived late yet again. I tried my best to give this company multiple chances because I did like the cleaners but the management seems to be the greater problem. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to be respected for your time and money.

I see the response but I did reach out each time when the cleaners were severely late and I received apologies from your company telling me that this would not happen again even though it repeated. I think after dealing with more than six occurrences this past year after calling and addressing my complaints each time - it's clear that this response is written to appear like you're understanding but no I'm sorry, I've spoken to your company enough with no improved performance so thank you for your time.

My place was pretty messy, and it took them 2 times to clean, but I was in contact with them non stop, and they made my place look new, stove top, counters, kitchen sink, etc. I highly recommend using them for your house/apartment cleaning needs.
