They cleaned things that I thought couldn't be cleaned and brought our floors back to life. They were honest and upfront and save me tons of money by stripping our floors refinishing them and waxing them so shiny I could see my reflection. The residents thought we replaced the floors. Nope Leo Lucas and their crew put the solutions in partners and made us proud! I would recommend these guys. I know you have lots of options in the cleaning world. I have tried them all. Over the past 25 years that Leominster has been outsourcing these services, I rate Partner Facility Solutions as one of the two top companies we have worked with. A full range of cleaning services are provided daily, with special services performed monthly & quarterly. When any issues come up, the management team responds promptly to correct the matter to our satisfaction. Ownership is very hands-on in all operations. Price-wise, they are highly competitive compared to hiring your own staff & equipment (we know because we used to have it all in house). I recommend Partner Facility Solutions if you are seeking to outsource your janitorial needs.
