I had an exceptional experience with this company during the repairs. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them. Above and beyond!

I wish there was 0 stars. I don't know how people give 5 star for this company. Total waste of money, just to change a shower knob I spent $650 and $300 for membership( 10% off on service, which the tech said it was lie from the company). The tech Francis was very rude and was very keen only on money. He bought a shower knob for $16 and charged me $50 and $600 for his service. I called the company and said to change the tech. I called twice and so far not one person called me back. Don't waste your money this company. Waste of money and time.

The review is for the company itself. They are just a call center and contract out work to local plumbers. The quality and communication level depends on which plumber you happen to receive. Once they hand off your job to a plumber they don't do anything but collect the bill. My plumber happened to be late and they couldn't do anything to let me know where he was. Despite promising that I would get a text 30min before he was coming. They also charge a service fee on top of the fee for the work.
They do actually answer the phone when you call, and if you happen to get a good plumber it's might be worth it, hence the 2 stars.
