i recently had ten dining room carpets taken care of by a well-known carpet cleaning service. the expert, who i'll refer to as bradley, was both friendly and skillful. the job was completed quickly and the results were truly amazing. i can't imagine using any other carpet and upholstery cleaning service in boston.

i discovered the team from high tech carpet cleaning to be both friendly and thorough in detailing their cleaning process and various service levels - yes, i was the one full of inquiries. i would absolutely endorse these guys! they did an exceptional job cleaning my living room, hallway, and stairs in boston. there were some problematic rust stains on parts of my living room carpet. thankfully, jonah and bradley were able to completely eradicate them.

We've used carpet cleaning services thrice now (owing to our kids and furry friends) and we are completely smitten by the quality of service! This time, our expert was Jonah from a renowned carpet cleaning company, and he did an outstanding job in Boston! We are absolutely thrilled with his work!

During his service, Jonah was both professional and respectful. Before he started the carpet cleaning, he gave me a quote, showing his meticulous and efficient work attitude. After the service, the carpets in my Boston home looked and smelled amazing. i was very happy with the savings and the price, definitely a great bang for my buck!

Jonah is truly outstanding! His knowledge of carpet cleaning services and products is impressive. He's also very thorough in helping to make the best choices for our carpets and area rugs. He made sure he understood exactly what we required and provided excellent suggestions for the upkeep of our rugs. I highly recommend Jonah from High Tech Carpet Cleaning in Boston!

Bradley from a top-notch carpet cleaning service worked magic on the carpet in my son's nursery in Boston. I had totally forgotten that it was originally white! It was truly amazing to see the multitude of stains he was able to eliminate and the volume of dirt he drew out. I recognize that I could never have pulled off this with a typical carpet cleaner or a hire machine. This service is unquestionably valuable! Boston has never seen such superior carpet cleaning service! 10 stars!

For over 25 years, I've been overseeing the maintenance of high-end interiors and have relied on High Tech Carpet Cleaning for as long as I can remember. The level of skill and knowledge that Bradley, Jonah, and their team possess is unmatched. Every interaction with Bradley is enlightening, his expertise and enthusiasm for his work are immediately apparent. Over the years, we've encountered a myriad of stains and peculiarities in the carpets which their team has expertly handled. If a stain can be eliminated, they consistently manage to do so. If it can't, they provide an honest and understandable explanation as to why. Even though their services are in high demand, not only in Boston but in luxurious properties across the globe, they have always accommodated my often urgent requests. They don't just remove stains, they also provide a protective treatment for all our carpets and rugs, which has prevented stains from setting in countless times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they always provide an estimate before starting work, never proceeding with additional services without prior approval. Bradley, Jonah, and their team are highly professional, a delight to work with, and always go the extra mile to assist in any way they can. They are the only team I trust to maintain our high-end carpet interiors.

i had never used a professional carpet cleaning service before. for years, i cleaned my carpets every 6 to 12 months on my own. this time, i reached out to high tech carpet cleaning because i needed help moving three pieces of furniture i couldn't handle by myself. bradley and jonah called ahead and arrived right on time for my appointment. they walked through the two rooms and two hallways with me, put corner guards on the walls, and brought in their carpet cleaning equipment. one started vacuuming while the other used a pre-conditioner spray. the whole process took about an hour. they also set up strong fans that really helped the carpets dry quickly—even with all the humidity lately, the rug was almost dry by the time they left. their teamwork was impressive. after cleaning, they put the furniture back in place and protected the wood legs with styrofoam. great job!

High Tech Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job rejuvenating my carpet! I have light berber carpet in my home, and I recently had a different carpet cleaning service come in. Unfortunately, their technicians used too much water, which brought dirt up from below and left noticeable brown spots. I reached out for a follow-up clean, but the second attempt didn’t resolve the issue. Feeling desperate, I searched for carpet cleaning options and found High Tech Carpet Cleaning, who understood the 'wicking' issue right away. They went above and beyond for me. With a family party planned for the next day, I asked for their help. Even though their schedule was packed, Jonah, one of their skilled technicians, managed to rearrange things to fit me in. They did a fantastic job getting rid of those unsightly brown spots and saved my carpet! Jonah has a great understanding of carpet care and the right techniques. Their customer service and carpet cleaning expertise are truly top-notch. I highly recommend them!
