Reviews of local pros in Bourne, Massachusetts

Jordan was great from start to finish. He was very professional and provided amazing customer service. Very quick and clean install of our new furnace.

I met Jordan while walking my dog in my neighborhood and asked him if he worked on gas furnaces . He replied yes . I took his business card , did some research , and hired him to do some maintenance work on my furnace. I found Jordan to be professional , polite and very knowledgeable. He left my basement and furnace clean and tidy after he had done his maintenance. I would highly recommend Higher Standard Mechanical and hope to be his customer for a long long time .

I had Jordan out to replace my gas hot water heater last week . He responded quickly to my call . If your looking for a top notch technician I would highly recommend Higher Standard, they do excellent work 😊

Higher Standard Mechanical LLC truly lived up to their name today. I was thoroughly impressed with the courteous, prompt, and highly professional service provided by Owner/Operator Jordan Widdiss during the installation of my new Mini-Split AC unit. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction have certainly earned my business for any future needs.

Jordan was very polite and professional. He was patient, helpful, and efficient. He was clean in appearance, but more importantly in the job at hand. His price was great! I would highly recommend him to anyone. He definitely knows his stuff.

Jordan was quickly responsive to check the status of a pilot after a major storm and got my tenant's hot water and heat back online asap. Furthermore, I was informed he was very courteous and professional throughout the repair work.

During the blizzard of 2026 we lost power for three days. Needless to say, the house was frigid. We were concerned we wouldn’t be able to find anyone in a reasonable amount of time to get us back on track….but then came Jordan!

He quickly diagnosed issues with both our hot water tank and furnace, sourced parts quickly, estimated the timeframe that he would complete the job and kept to schedule. In addition, he treated our home with respect, kept everything neat and tidy to a point you’d never know he was there. Thanks, Jordan you’re the best!

Jordan Widdiss is both talented and knowledgeable in his profession. His workmanship is exceptional and very well appreciated. I’ve been a home owner for many years and certainly have had my share of experience with tradesmen. Jordan’s work is without a doubt the best I’ve seen. His talent ticks all the boxes; workmanship, professionalism, personality, knowledge of systems and cleanliness of work site to name a few. He will be my first and only call for service for my heating system in the future. Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you Jordan for a job well done!

We very highly recommend Jordan and Higher Standard Mechanical LLC. Jordan recently replaced our failing furnace and did an amazing job. He was professional, communicative, capable, trustworthy and accommodating. Jordan was very responsive to our schedule and other needs. The price we were quoted was reasonable. However, Jordan went well above and beyond the basic service and what we expected, but kept to the original price. The work was exceptional and our property was left clean. We couldn’t be happier and very highly recommend Jordan.
