Today connor and his mentor(didn't get his name) came to install my new chandelier. They were both punctual, efficient, and helpful. The young lady with whom I first spoke was fantastic. Good service always starts with that first phone call. She was pleasant while answering all my questions. I will certainly go to Papalia for future work since my personal electrician fell of a ladder and is now hospitalized. Thanks again 🙂

Michael was a true professional. He has been to my house several times before and it is always a pleasure working with him. He is very knowledgeable and personable and took care of all the plumbing needs for my new kitchen. I highly recommend him.

Our service person Mike, and his colleague (whose name I didn’t catch) were great! They came out for a scheduled routine maintenance of our gas boiler. He was communicative, friendly, and professional. I appreciate that Papalia’s scale allows them to respond quickly and schedule appointments with shorter notice. This was our second time using them and we have been very pleased both times.

When disaster strikes at home it always catches you off guard and this previous weekend we had a plumbing issue that caused a lot of angst as water was leaking through our basement pipes . I reached out to Papalia emergency services and Joseph Prziosi was dispatched a few hours later.
Joseph was a very thorough professional and investigated the issue and provided a clear resolution. He demeanor and customer service was outstanding . I would greatly recommend him and Papalia for any service . It may seem a bit pricey but for an emergency I think it was fair price. Along with Joseph, his colleague Victor Laureano was equally fantastic and rectified the issue . A thorough job well done and the day saved. There are few who respond to emergencies and Papalia was just fantastic on this day.

Thank you to Amanda from Papalia Home Services for coming out quickly on a Saturday afternoon, just before the big snowstorm. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem with our heating system. Although the part had to be ordered, we had heat through the snowstorm. She even checked in with us the day after the storm to make sure we were doing ok. She has since come back to the house and installed the ordered part and all is good with our heating system for this bitter cold winter! Thank you, Amanda!

Jonathan and Liam installed a 50 gallon State Water Heater at my home. The service was excellent. I was provided with information regarding the process and provided with multiple opportunities to ask questions, etc. Upon completion of the installation, both technicians reviewed the process and made sure that I was aware of all features of the unit. These guys were an excellent representatives of the Papalia company. I will call them again if there is a need. Tremendous service!!!

Received excellent customer service today, very thorough job with my routine maintenance appointment. Explained everything that needed to be done in detail and gave me a full rundown of my furnace. Including pictures of what she was explaining to me. She explained different options and approaches that I could take in the repair of my furnace. She took her time to answer my questions. She gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision without pushing me in one way or another. Thank you for the great service.

We had a leak above the kitchen sink. We called Papalia Home Service, and when they knew of our predicament, they decided to squeeze us in their busy schedule. Michael, the technician, let us know 45 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time and looked around the pertinent areas of the house, and then he explained to us in a very clear language what needs to be done to fix the problem. Michael was very pleasant and professional. I may also add, the other members of the team who spoke to us on the phone were very polite and courteous.

Joseph did a great job and explained what he was doing. Very pleasant to have a good person again from Papalia. He changed the filter on the system also done by Papalia recently.

Liz did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet and toilet shut off valve. Liz provided with a quote to do the job after reviewing what needed to be done. Liz was engaged with any questions that I had before during and after the job. Liz also pointed out a couple of issues to keep ab eye as they made need repairs in the future

Connor and Joel visited our home to install three (3) chandeliers, and they performed that service in an outstanding manner. They were knowledgeable, diligent, courteous, personable, and very professional. They went about their business in a thoughtful and deliberate way. This was particularly important because the chandelier installation in the foyer was a somewhat more complicated undertaking. Toward that end, Connor and Joel were meticulous about discussing the planning of the installation with us beforehand in order to ensure that the project was completed exactly as we envisioned. Throughout the installation, Connor and Joel were careful to keep everything clean, vacuuming as they worked their way through various rooms. Connor was a real gentleman and offered to help us with moving furniture back into place toward the end of the project. Everything was done in a professional and courteous way, and the end result was three beautiful, perfectly installed new chandeliers in our home. We highly recommend Connor-- and Joel as well-- to anyone looking for electricians who go a step above in the provision of superior service and the ability to solve slightly more complex issues with relative ease.

My heater started having issues right after Thanksgiving. I called last Saturday and Papalia was able to send Lily out right away. Lily was very courteous and thorough. I let her know I am willing to replace the system as it is 15 years old and I had travel plans the following week. I needed to get this fixed asap. Lily was able to get me a reasonable price for the job. Papalia was also able to send someone to replace the furnace Monday (today)! I appreciate their promptness and professionalism. Now I can go on my vacation in peace!

I had a problem with heat furnace called Papalia and was sent technician the same day. Amanda the technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The next day another technician Dan came with His field manager to make sure everything was working correctly. This company gets a 5 star rating because of their professional level of service, and standing by the customer to ensure that everything is working smoothly.
I will be using this company for my future work without any hesitation.

Had a great experience with Papalia. Had an issues with our hot water heater. Peta and Liam were super friendly and professional and determined that the heater needed to be replaced and were able to complete all the work necessary to restore the hot water even though it was at the end of e day.. definitely would recommend Papalia in the future..

Papalia were very responsive to our needs starting with their customer service. We had to repair couple of leaky pipes and adjust and. shim several radiators. The plumbers - Joseph and Liz arrived promptly, helped diagnose the issue, clearly explained how they were going about fixing these, how long it would take and provided an estimate upfront. We were impressed with how cordial, patient and professional they were and with their service overall. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining our boiler issues and repair options. Although we decided not to proceed now due to budget constraints, he was understanding, provided a detailed quote, and even waived the inspection fee. Truly trustworthy service — highly recommended.

So I take care of a little 96year-old woman, and yesterday when I noticed her heat wasn't kicking on after trying everything we called Papalia Home Services just going off their reviews, and star ratings.
I cannot thank them enough for coming right out yesterday to see what the problem was ...which ended up being she needed a whole new furnace ugh.. to this morning coming at 9 AM and finishing by 1pm what an OUTSTANDING CREW!!!!! They labled everything, and did such a wonderful job cleaning up... really their are noooo words to describe how truley greatful we are to you Papalia thank you thank you thank you are a 10-10-10
