    * Follow up. CJ and his team came to remove the broken branches three days ago that he said was "winter damage." Appreciate that they stopped by anyway to remove the broken branches.
Funny thing - instead of cutting the dead wood, they just cut the whole branch which was 50% alive leaving a gaping hole in the tree shape. How can one do their work with less thoughtfulness?...
Then, they tried to do the "dead branches removal" they signed up for last year. But I asked them to go as I don't want to risk any more "accidents."
And oh, I was asked to remove the review from Google.

What these folks don't understand - we saved all our lives for a nice house after moving to the US with nothing but clothes on our backs 25 yrs ago. Working every minute of every day for that. And they just hey-ho roll in and wreak havoc and do irreversible damage and I should pretend it never happened?.

Wow, I am not sure how this is the same company that keeps all their clients happy... We hired them in fall for dead tree removal (one day) and 1 additional truck day for trimming dead and broken brunches and more dead trees (total of 10).
    1. They trimmed all healthy branches and did NOT remove dead branches (that's true for our giant trees like Magnolia, Maple, Katsura, Dogwood tree). We hired their lift truck crew because we can't reach so high up.

    2. They removed canopies from healthy vibrant trees (7 layers) that shielded us from the road (after I specifically stressed DEAD/broken/ sick branches only). We cried when we saw our barren oak (see picture). They cut 7(!) layers of happy healthy leafy branches....

    3. They smashed our trash bin on the way out (they replaced it later with the new one)

    4. They removed so many branches from dogwood, katsura, and giant oak that it now looks like savannah in Africa...

    5. Where 2 evergreens were overlapping, they cut the dead branches off of the white pine with the objective to let the giant white fur get more light. Instead, they BROKE the 2 branches they were supposed to keep on white fur and let more light to misshaping this tree that's central to our entire property. See brown spots in the middle of canopy where dead branches hang now. They just left the broken branches hang so that it's not that visible. Now, 6 months later it turned brown and I don't know how I can take it out now....

If they had the courage to recognize their accident (I hope they didn't do it on purpose) and attach it, it had a little chance of living.. oh wait, why would they do it?..

    6. They massacred a couple of fig trees we asked NOT to touch and said that "it was not us". After we confronted them with pictures from the morning that we took, they admitted it was them, but said that it's ok. Now, you can see that it's not ok (picture attached). One did not recover: their trimmed everything off it).

    7. they spend their lift truck day time in trimming our rhodes and hollies that I CAN reach from the ground and cutting healthy branches they COULD reach by walking around from the ground.

They left 1 dead tree not cut as they "ran out of time" - yes, they were late by 20 min to the job and packed 15 min prior to day's end. Only raising my concerns with their office made them come back to remove that tree and pick up trash/branches left on the driveway (they worked exactly 1 hour upon returning).

Overall, they did not do part of their job, did what I never asked for, massacred the trees and made irreversible damage to our property we will never recover from.

Do not hire them. They are a disaster. it's like their tried to do max damage and succeeded.

New England Tree Master did a great job for a fair price. They were able to get a crane truck into a very tight space and remove trees in the back of my yard that were hard to reach. I was impressed by how quickly they worked, and all of their personnel were pleasant to deal with.

The crew did a great job of removing a number of old trees, some of which were dead and cramped into a bunch of living trees. I believe they removed a total of 5 trees. This took them only 2 hours. We have hired them before to remove some old, dying bushes, and they have always done a great job! They have done stump grinding for us as well. I highly recommend New England Tree Masters.
Update: Today NETM came and ground 3 stumps for us, on our property line with neighbors. The guy did an amazing job with the grinder. We would hire this company over and over again!

I cant say enough about the work that Eric and Team put in at my property! Professional and efficient, through and through. I had several questions and all were answered patiently and effectively. My split oak was in a difficult spot requiring extreme precision but Eric, AJ and the entire crew had us at ease (and awe) in watching masters at their craft. Will use again 10/10.

I’ve used Tree Masters three separate times for jobs at my house. They work efficiently and safely and they leave no mess behind. What I appreciate most is they respect your time- they show up when they say they’re going to show up. They are true professionals and I will likely use them again in the future.

I can not understate how completely impressed I was with the "Tree Masters" crew lead by the crane operator Carlos and his crew of six or so arborists. Carlos backed up a massive crane down 350' of winding driveway into a really tight space with almost no clearance. To be honest I was expecting a bucket truck. They took down three large trees in about three hours and completely cleaned up. I will have them back if the need arises and highly recommend them. Special thanks to the arborist that was hoisted up into the canopy.

They provided quick and professional service, along with excellent cleanup. The price was also very reasonable.

I hired New England Tree Masters after a not so great experience with a different company. New England Tree Masters did a wonderful job. They gave me a great price for two large pine tree removals, were there on time, took less time than they had originally anticipated, cleaned up and left the yard in great condition. I will definitely use these folks from now on.

Matheos and his crew came to take down trees and prune up others, what a great team he has. They were exceptional and cleaned as they went along. Before they left he walked us through the site to make sure the job was done as expected and honestly can say it was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend New England Tree Masters.👍👍 Priscilla Panos

I highly recommend this company. I received a recommendation from my son, who also had work completed. They gave me a date and time to provide me an estimate and actually showed up! I had a couple of other companies that didn’t bother to show up, one with slightly higher, and others who gave an outrageous price. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reasonable quote and they did an AMAZING job clearing the area of debris after taking down some very large trees. The person who provided quote was very friendly, which is why I chose this company. Honest company with reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

New England Tree Master is an exceptional company from start to finish. Their entire team is highly professional, polite, and efficient, always working with the utmost attention to safety. The workers are not only skilled at what they do, but they also treat you and your property with respect, which is rare to find these days.

The owners are truly wonderful people to deal with — friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about delivering excellent service.

From my experience, they handle every tree removal job with precision, care, and professionalism, no matter the size or complexity of the work. It’s clear that safety and customer satisfaction are their top priorities.

New England Tree Masters is highly skilled to remove very complex trees.

Their upbeat sales rep CJ looked at my nine 100-foot pines in the fall which were 225 feet from the road.

He said no need for an extra-large crane. We can set up our crane in the vegetable garden in the fall or winter. The crane will reach them all from one set up. That was a relief!!

The garden’s soft soil was about 18” deep which the crane would sink into.

It was decided to make road using 60 yards of 2” stone, three large dump trucks.

The road was about 75 feet long. An excavator dug out a path and stone was laid 2 feet deep.

On crane day the crew arrived at 6:45 am. The crane drove in and after an hour and a half it was set up. The crew members were happy and eager to take down the 9 tall pines. The furthest tree was a150 feet away.

After 8 hours the trees were removed. Super-fast and efficient.

The crew and CJ were delightful to work with. I highly recommend New England Tree Masters to remove your trees.

To say that New England Tree Masters does tree-mendous work is an understatement. They are superb! The crew arrived on time (even a little early), set up their massive equipment, and cut down and removed 11 sixty- to eighty-foot-tall pine trees surrounding our home without disturbing any nearby deciduous trees or vegetation. The workers cleaned up EVERYTHING before leaving. All of this took only one day’s work (less than nine hours)! I am very impressed with and highly recommend New England Tree Masters. The entire crew was polite, efficient, and got the job done. The price was right. The deal was real.

The New England Tree Masters crew was amazing. They worked very efficiently and really knew their stuff! They got the huge truck with the crane on my property with no issues and got all the trees I need removed done. I was very impressed and would use them again.

There was suddenly 4 enormous vehicles and 6-8 young men arriving on our property. They communicated all that was going to happen and gave details how they were approaching the removal of 4 very large tall trees. They were very knowledgable, skilled and respected us and our property. They easily managed neighborhood traffic also.

Recently partnered with New England Tree Masters on a residential tree removal project. Jason and his crew showed up on time, were safe, kept the job site neat and overall did a great job with the task at hand. The final invoice was sent promptly and the office personal are great to work with as well. We are looking forward to many more projects together!

Great experience from start to finish. New England Tree Masters is our go-to for any large tree job. They are responsive, competitively priced, and follow through on what the say. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed the work done quickly due to our driveway being paved. The crew was conscientious, showed up on time and left the job site looking good. Not to mention, it's pretty amazing to see what they are capable of!

If you want the best call New England Tree Masters. Absolutely! Matteo was so kind and explained everything to me. The crew worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I can not express how great working with the office was to make an appointment. The fellow who came for quote on price was so nice and it was a pleasure to meet him. Again, the best. New England Tree Masters.
    Much thanks to everyone.

They offered a great deal and stuck to their written quote. I had a massive 100 yr old oak eating up my driveway and they had it completely removed down to the stump in 4 hrs as promised. Wish they had done some precutting to upper and outer limbs, tho, as swinging limbs the size of large trees nearly took out utility wires and my retaining wall fence. Unfortunately the massive crane left indentations in my paved driveway, too. Excellent work overall... very talented people!

Quality, fast, and efficient service. The work was very well executed leaving the place clean and tidy. They were quick to arrive after the quote was given (same day for me) and they were in and out within 3 h for 4 large trees. They even managed to chip all the trees up using a giant chipper and left them for me as requested.
