Leslie was nice enough to try to park on the street so she wouldn't take up a spot in our driveway.....I told her to please park in the driveway because it's much safer for her.....she was very nice to talk to....I'm sure she did a great job!

We have been using this company for over a year now. in the beginning they were very short-staffed but tried their best and was pleasant to deal with. It seems like lately they have more staff. They're coming more frequently and the employees are super friendly. Today we had Steve and he was very nice, polite and respectful of me, my dog and my property (all very important things to me), he did a great job in my yard! Thanks Steve!

Doody Calls arrived at my home, which is a little outside of their service area. The cleaner called when he arrived to confirm no dogs were outside. The cleaner was very polite. He looked over my yard making sure he cleaned everything before leaving. I did a short walk thru before he left. He did miss one spot, which he happily cleaned when I pointed it out.
I’m very pleased with their service, and that they fit me into their schedule so quickly. I will definitely use them again if needed. I highly recommend them. They’re very accommodating.

First time using this service and with 3 dogs (and 4th 4x a week), my yard was in rough shape. Michael called first thing in the morning, gave an estimated time and arrived within mins of when he told me he’d be here. He was friendly and professional and didn’t miss anything in the yard. Love the performance by the technician and the customer service when setting up the service/scheduling. Highly recommend. I left a competitor for Doody Calls because they had more flexibility for scheduling which we appreciate.

Jack is by far is the best technician that has been out to our property. Jack did such a great job cleaning up our yard. We have 3 dogs and with the snow melting away this week, the yard was worse than normal. I’m glad I was home at the time to tell Jack in person that I was happy with the job. Very much appreciate someone who does their job to the best of their abilities!
