My indirect water heater stopped working on a Sunday night. I went to Value’s website and requested help. I received a phone call within 20 minutes from who I believe was the owner. He told me he could send someone out. Brian , who was the Plummer that was sent to my house showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. We needed a part that was only in stock 45 minutes away, and since a winter storm was coming the next day he drove all the way to get the part. I have a 6 month old baby at home, and Brian did everything he could to make sure we had hot water by the time he left the house. Not only was the service excellent the price was just as good. I recommend Value for any plumbing needs! 20/10!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Carl and Brian are very thorough in their work and are upfront with what it will cost to fix. They did a full furnace conversion from oil to propane, new water heater and presser tank job for me and helped me understand what to expect from the Mass Saves program. They showed when they said they would be and let me know what to expect each day. Their communication was amazing for a large job. They have customers for life!

We had a small leak which became a large one in a short period of time. These guys walked me through how to relieve the pressure on the phone which bought us enough time for them to get out the following morning to fix things up. They were fast, great to work with, and inexpensive. Highly recommended!

At 7:30 in the morning, I messaged Carl and asked if he could come to look at our air conditioner. At 9:15 AM he was at our house with his team and they fixed the air conditioner. Our house was nice and cool again by 10:00 AM. How is that for service?

We had an excellent experience working with Carl and Brian. We were having an issue with our water heater not producing enough hot water, so we reached out on a Thursday afternoon. Carl got back to me that same day and squeezed us in for a repair the following morning! He worked on the water heater, explaining what he was doing throughout the process. Within a day we had more hot water. They were also very respectful of my home, they wore shoe covers and moved things around carefully. We are very happy working with Carl and would definitely go back with any future concerns!

We were thinking about getting mini splits and read reviews on local installers. Value mechanical had excellent ratings so i gave them a call. Carl came to the house and gave me an honest and very fair estimate. He gave me options and he's also a creative thinker, since we have an open floor plan and not a lot of wall space for a typical unit. To say Carl and Brian were prompt, professional, super clean and extremely efficient would be an understatement. On time and on budget, basically a unicorn among contractors today. 1000 percent would recommend. Thank you guys! It's 90 degrees out and I'm as cool as a cucumber!

Failed to warranty his work after spending 50k in new construction contracts. Refused to pay the ceiling repair bill and another plumber to repair his shoddy work. Left me with mold and insulation remediation. Was rude and unprofessional. Costs exceed 5k to fix and remediate

When it came time for us to replace our gas furnace, we chose Value Mechanical Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Carl responded to my inquiry quickly and answered all of our questions. When I asked about including central air, Carl honestly told me that it would not be suitable for our one zoned home, not selling me something that wouldn’t work well in our home. The furnace is working great and Carl followed up with a call two days after installation to ensure everything was running fine.
