We couldn’t be happier with our renovation from Frank's Quality Construction. The team was professional, reliable, and delivered outstanding results on time. They turned our ideas into reality with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch renovation work!

Frank and his team are skilled craftsmen and they did a good job remodeling two bathrooms in our home. He was fair on price and his communication was consistently good. When he had to work around the people living in the house, he was courteous and laid down plastic and took other measures to seal of the construction areas and mitigate the mess that sometimes results from going in and out. The only complaint is that the project did not finish on the date he originally projected and he ran over by a few weeks. Still, I'd rather have it run a little long than not be done well, and the end result was beautiful.

We are extremely happy with our new bathroom. Great quality work, professional, on time, and very detailed. The shower, vanity, and glass door look amazing. Highly recommend Frank’s Quality Construction.

Frank and his father recently renovated our bathroom in our old condo unit. We were very pleased with the work and price we paid. When Frank demoed our bathroom he found that the subfloor was rotted and the plaster walls needed to be replaced (we were hoping we didn’t have to do a full demo). He did a fine job taking care of these two unexpected issues. Frank throughout the reno was helpful with suggestions while also listening to what we wanted. Frank’s plumber Emmanuel also did a great job with the plumbing. We also asked Frank to help us fix closet and bedroom doors that did not close properly. We would work with Frank again and would recommend him to our friends and family.

Frank is very skilled at his crafts. I had the pleasure of having his subcontractors work on my house. All were expert in there field. They were here when they said, neat and courteous. I will be using Frank in the future. Excellent job my wife is thrilled

I had an awful experience with Frank and his team. Frank is the type of handyman (he’s not a contractor), where you purchase most of the materials so you’re paying mostly for labor. We hired Frank to for a modest kitchen renovation, a complete gut renovation for a bathroom, and to plaster a chimney running from the kitchen into a bedroom. Frank is cheap, the best quality of his work, so it was $10,000 for labor but ultimately you get what you pay for.

I’ll start with the positives, he knows good places to find affordable and decent quality fixtures, floor tile, etc. He is relatively amendable compared to other contractors (though he doesn’t take constructive feedback well). I really wanted to like Frank because he’s a nice guy and wanted to bring him on to a couple of other projects, but he doesn’t have the skills for anything larger than a small DIY project you may be too lazy to do yourself. Overall, I think Frank has some deceit knowledge but ultimately needs to work for a larger outfit and gain more experience before he should be trusted in your home.

Schedule- was the most important factor in all of this for us. He told us it would take 14 days to complete the bathroom and kitchen. He began work on 11/10/23 and finished 12/22/23. Even accounting for weekends and holidays, he went over schedule by several weeks and had zero urgency to finish the job. A lot of this was self-inflicted, constant time wasted for shopping visits, having to redo work, incorrect measurements, etc. If he learned to do the job correctly the first time, there wouldn’t have been such a need for major revisions.

Safety- Frank recommended building a platform for our oven but built it too short so that the legs hand over by half an inch. The oven is a tipping hazard and needs to be corrected. When being corrected, Frank sent his elderly father who promptly tipped over the oven (pictured- while we were reimbursed for this, it was 2 days before Christmas and another headache). He improperly installed our dishwasher (another tipping hazard) and when I had someone correct the install, we discovered large gaps (more than 1/8”) between the cabinets and walls. Mouse/mice were able to get through and chew up wires, droppings, etc.

Workmanship- Its terrible. The molding in the kitchen is all dinged up, cabinets were scratched up/misaligned, etc. At this price point, I wasn’t expecting master craftsmanship, but they could have taken better care not to damage new materials. There was very little attention to detail. He removed the trim around the windows in the kitchen and they no longer close properly. In the bathroom, the tub has what feels like a sinkhole in the middle of it. He also clogged our sink with construction debris as a plumber pulled out caulk and dried paint from the drain.
