This past Fall we had a couple of projects in our home performed by Atlantic. One was to fix the supplemental radiant heating in our home that hasn't worked since we moved in several years ago. The other project was to replace our A/C units and air handlers that were badly in need of an upgrade.

Both projects went very smoothly. I felt they did a great job of reviewing our current setup, explaining our options, and helping us decide what approach was best. We've had a number of different contractors and services done on our home recently and I can say that Atlantic has by far been the most professional. Timely call backs, starting and finishing the work on schedule, a very focused, friendly and courteous crew for each job. And they were extremely clean and respectful of our home while they were doing the jobs. Definitely above and beyond others that have been working with us recently.

The radiant flooring worked fantastically this winter - I wish we had called to fix it so much sooner! We installed the A/C in late fall so haven't had a chance to use it yet but we are looking forward to this summer knowing we have a more reliable and efficient system in place.

No hesitation to recommend Atlantic to anyone else.

I had an amazing experience with Atlantic. They installed a Bosch heat pump as well as ductwork throughout our entire 3 story house. We weren't sure what system or brand we wanted at the start but the very knowledgeable salesman, Jamie, walked us through all of our different options and what would work best for our house and our needs. The installation went so smoothly. Andy is a true professional that made sure everything was staying on track and that we were fully satisfied every step of the way. He took such great care with every step - he even made sure they didn't leave a speck of dust anywhere at the end of each day. The rest of the Atlantic team including Darren, John and Liam were wonderful as well. They're experts in their field and it shows. I would (and have!) highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again.

Very professional company! I needed a new air conditioner, furnace and water heater. Jamie Babin quickly assessed what I needed and scheduled the install. Billy, Eric S. and Kenny Duratti got the job done; they were on time every day, friendly and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.

While waiting for a furnace part was frustrating, the service team and technicians Angel and Luis made sure all the work was well done. Angel was great troubleshooting by phone as well as identifying the issue and repairing the boiler. Both Angel and his colleague Luis were courteous and professional. The Service team was excellent fielding my calls too.

I can't say enough good things about the two services I have had in the last two weeks. Eddie K helped set up my furnace cleaning and service. Last week, Jorge L performed the furnace cleaning and service and he and is associate were professional and helpful. This week, Abel and Juan replaced my old hot water tank and some corroded pipe fittings. They were equally professional and helpful, letting me know the progress of things as the project went on. I am so pleased with this group! Thanks for the great work!

Because of supply chain issues, our new central air system was installed by Atlantic in the fall, so our 1st chance to try it was in June, at which point we found that it had no cooling effect. Atlantic responded immediately, sending Tony, who was respectful, communicative, and spent hours troubleshooting until ultimately he found a tiny, slow Freon leak where a weld was imperfect. The service managers were also sympathetic to our discomfort and attentive/available.
The above refers to a couple of years ago. I was asked to give another review after today's annual service call by Francisco. He was very thorough, respectful, communicative, and did a particularly thorough cleaning of the AC condenser, which we really appreciated.

Atlantic provided my 130 year old house with a Mitsubishi dual zone ductless heat pump system; two floor mount interior units and the outside unit. The system is working beautifully in this hot and humid summer. Jimmy and Corey were very professional,careful, and timely with the installation. They communicated very clearly and thoroughly and provided all the information I needed to use the easy remote controlled system. Also, Jamie, the sales advisor was very helpful in recommending the specific unit system to meet my goals for rhe house. Atlantic, Jimmy, Corey, and Jamie have my highest recommendation.

Excellent experience with Emerson who did my annual spring A/C service. Called 30 min prior to arrival, wore shoe covers in my home, answered all my questions, made suggestions to improve system performance, polite and efficient service

Installed 4 new RTUs on our building in Dorchester last summer. Best price we got and they did a great job. Everyone we dealt with was super professional and friendly.

We have a service contract with Atlantic heating and Air. They also installed our AC a couple years ago and we've been very happy with them. Today we had our annual AC maintenance done. Angel and Luis H. arrived on time (in fact, a few minutes early) and were very courteous and professional. One of them cleaned the handler in the attic while the other cleaned the condenser outside. I love how they put on shoe covers when they came in the house. Once everything was cleaned and the handler filter was replaced, they turned on the AC and we walked through the house together to make sure air was flowing properly through all the ceiling vents. They even recommended a few things that might help cool our house better, and I love that they weren't pushy about it at all...in fact it was me who inquired about them. Service like this is why we continue using this company. :)

We had an outstanding experience with Atlantic. Our heating situation was quite complex and unique, but they handled it with professionalism and ease every step of the way. They thoroughly explained everything, offered multiple options for our consideration and followed through on all their promises. The whole team was excellent - from the sales person (Jamie), to the office manager (Rachel) to the install crew (Billy, Eric and Tony) and the service manager (Tim). Unexpected complications came up along the way and Atlantic was considerate enough to not charge us extra for the work. They carefully cleaned their work area at the end of each day and also offered heaters to keep our home warm during the multi-day installation. I would highly recommend Atlantic to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable HVAC company.

We have used Atlantic for over 35 years and have never had a single problem. They are reliable, responsive and do great work.
They just installed a new boiler and the installation was perfect.

4/23/25 - Luis Hernandez serviced our a/c unit and air handler today, It was routine maintenance but he was very thorough, professional and explained the work that was done. Also, a very nice guy.

Working with Atlantic Heating was amazing. They are professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We had mini splits installed this spring- the staff was on time, respectful and answered all of our questions. We made a last minute change- they didn't skip a beat and went out of their way to make it work. An issue arose a few weeks after (mostly our fault) Atlantic had a service person out within 90 minutes. We were hugely impressed and thankful. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service- Heat went out on a Saturday; Emerson arrived right on time with dispatch had said - identified & fixed the problem (thermocouple) in no time. And at a great price!
I have used Atlantic many times in the past and cannot recommend them enough!

I just had a really great experience with Atlantic. I'm not much of a review leaver, but I just have to shout out to Atlantic. Woke up this morning to 14F outside and 50F inside. I called cold-called Atlantic at 8:15 this morning, Angela walked me through what I needed to do (take some pics of my installation) & called me a few minutes after I sent the pictures, saying I was go to go. Jorge and wingman showed up at 10:30, diagnosed, left for parts, returned at 11:30, and I'm good to go by 12:30. The bill was way less than I expected. Atlantic service contract, here I come!

Francisco was polite, efficient and extremely cooperative in regards to our requests. Even when we asked for deep cleaning of our unit next to the kitchen! He had tons of good information and very thoughtful about leaving the place as he found them.. Thank you for introducing him to our home and our units! 😁
