Wonderful service and knowledge from Luis Hernandez today. He was great and figured out the problem with our furnace.

Turned to Atlantic after another company fumbled a mid-winter heat repair. Wish I went to them first - charged me less and got the job done. Eddie was up-front, responsive, and patient with my questions. Angel and Taylor (techs) were quick to diagnose the problem, knowledgable, and explained what was going on during the repair. Would certainly recommend.

Our first regular cleaning happened this morning and Angel was great. Very kind, clear, efficient and a good communicator. That's been my experience with almost everyone at Atlantic.

Atlantic Heating does a great job maintaining and fixing heating and air conditioning. Luis H Was great this morning. He communicated clearly, passing on important annd useful information about my air conditioning and his service. He was very polite and amiable.

Jamie, the rep, was on time to the appointment, he explained why my old boiler was doing what it is doing and he explained to me what my options are in a very "no sales pitch" way which made me trust his professional opinion. The quotes arrived in my in box exactly when he said they would and he answered all my texts promptly- including after business hours.
The biggest surprise was he was able to get the job started (and completed) the next day which I did not expect! My new boiler looks great, its working great and the price was extremely competitive. I strongly recommend Atlantic Heating!

Couldn’t be happier with the service today. Evan was extremely helpful and friendly. My unit was in a space too small for him to get into, so he called another Atlantic technician who came over quickly to help. They made sure the job was done TODAY to restore my heat quickly. Will definitely be using them for any HVAC needs in the future and would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service from Francisco who has come out twice to get our AC units working properly. He goes above and beyond. He was on time, very nice to work with, courteous and great communicator. Accolades to Francisco for his help today.

We had a large remodeling project in a 130 year old Victorian house, (which created a high degree of difficulty and frightened any other contractors) and it involved several different contracting companies. The Atlantic teams were the only ones to do what they said they would when they said they would. To me as project manager that was huge factor. The teams were all very professional and did very professional work.
With Bill as my customer engineer and rep , each team came and did what was required. Each team leader was very responsive and accessible for any issues that came up. Projects included ; installation of Mini Split AC units on the first floor, installation of a new AC unit in the attic, installation of a make up air system, and major remodeling of the existing heating system. I would highly recommend them for any project that you might have.

Francisco came to service my Mitsubishi mini splits in two rental apartments and he also serviced the AC unit in my apartment . He was punctual, was very pleasant and obliging. He took his time and meticulously cleaned all the units not missing a detail. He worked steadily without interruption and didn’t hesitate when he had to get up on the roof etc - he just approached everything with a positive, “no problem “ attitude. He did a really thorough job, cleaned up afterwards and also took time to explain what he did and answer questions. He went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him / Atlantic Heating. A great job - thank you!

Angel serviced our systems yesterday, and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. His work was unobtrusive but we know everything was done right. And he switched the house to AC, a Boston miracle in April!

"Basement Dehumidifier Service"
At about 1:30 PM today, I emailed the Service Manager Alex. " I left you a VM as well. The dehumidifier your company installed 9/11/2020 is leaking 'badly' . Please call me to let me know how best we can take care of this issue. Thanks for your help."

Alex called minutes later; offered to have his guys (who happen to be in the area) to stop by in 1/2 hour. An hour later I emailed Alex again.
"Your guys came by and took care of the 'clog' causing the water leak.
I truly appreciate your prompt assistance."

I have experienced great service with some good companies before. But Alex and 'Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning' clearly are at the top of the heap!
This is how an efficient and responsive Service Manager makes a company Great. Everyone is good at Sales time; but Service is a whole different ball game. Thank you, Alex and Atlantic.

We had our first introduction to our Mechanical System today by Angel & Luis for our new home in Brookline. Atlantic installed, and has serviced the system for years.
Everything looks great, and we were very happy with the professionalism and poise Angel and Luis displayed.

Atlantic did a fabulous job of replacing my boiler and hot water heater along with my whole house single zone old water radiator pipes that were spidered around my basement with a new high efficiency boiler, indirect hot water heater, and pex tubing put up in the joist channels such that I can finish my basement at full height for use by my family. They were on time every day (the whole job took 5 days including electrical and chimney lining (chimney work paid for separately)), very efficient, finished on time and under budget. I worked with them on the placement of all of the equipment and some of the tubing, they were always very friendly and worked with me on all design decisions. They followed all the COVID rules, and I can't say enough about the manager Darren who did all of the contracting/communications with me on the job, helped me get everything documented correctly for the equipment rebate applications, and more. Great company, would definitely use again!! Thanks guys!

Angel was truly spectacular! He took the time to show me the internal components of my heating system, pointed out what he needed to clean and answered my questions. Angel also recorded before and after photos on the components being cleaned to document the improvements. Angels customer service is the best I’ve seen with an HVAC person. Thanks Angel.

Very well run HVAC contactor - knowledgeable, professional -excellent project management and installation crew.
Very thorough - including daily site clean up (install took 3.5 days) and use of protective covering for stairs and carpets (air handler is in attic.)
Ours was an upgrade (3-ton, 36,000 BTU) to a previously installed HVAC system that was at least 30+ years old. Atlantic didn't try to oversell - they bid on exactly what was requested (I was trained as an engineer and knew exactly what I wanted) - and stood behind their bid.
Their install actually upgraded the air distribution duct design a bit - a nice touch and truly professional.
The install was done in early June - which was followed by some seasonally warm weather and humidity. The new system was a significant change from the old one - much quicker at cooling the house and also quieter. The new system also has a fan-only circulation mode (programmed to run about 30% of the time, if desired) - which is useful for air circulation and filtration (big MERV11 filter on it) all year round.
I would recommend them without hesitation - including if you need system upgrade (larger capacity, more zones or possibly a heat pump) - we didn't need that - but I had discussions with them about those options and would be confident that if I had needed those services - they would be equally professional. I discussed with them some of the mega-systems they had installed over the years.
Many homeowners only look at price - you want to go beyond that and determine the quality of the installation you will be getting, professional approach and experience - all of which equates to value. Value is more important than just cost.
An Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning installation was definitely one of my better major purchases over the years - and I'm reminded of that each time I turn it on - pleasantly so.
