Thanks to Logan for the good feedback about what my crawl space needed and time working down there. Another thanks for the work Ryan did in order to keep the air clean and safe under my house. The goal is to reduce moisture which can lead to mold growth. Another thanks for installing a great sump pump. We installed some temporary solutions (sump pump, de humidifier). If I need to do a full encapsulation of the space later, I'll plan to call them back

Doug arrived on time for our annual sump pump maintenance. He is always pleasant and courteous and eager and willing to explain what he's doing. We have been impressed with this company since they installed our two pumps and find them responsive and easy to work with. The folks at Rescon Basement are the best!. From initial evaluation to invoicing, scheduling/rescheduling to actually completing the job, it was very well managed. Installation of French drain and vapor barriers in basement of > 100 y old house: Cory and his team did a fantastic job in installing the drain and wall vapor barriers. They were highly professional, always on time and left the basement in very clean conditions. They even had a tarp in the driveway so cement would not spill on it! Great communication, good at giving advice, friendly and very qualified. Highly recommend such a great company, employing employees who are client satisfaction-focused.
Installation of new bulkhead: Matt did a great job. He also saved us some money as some of the proposed work was actually not necessary. Again great ethic and high integrity.
The office staff is also friendly, communicative and always makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend Rescon Basement Solution! Good quality work and material for a fair price. I will definitely used them again.

Our basement flooded a few times since we bought the home. The first flood was a couple months after we purchased it, right before Christmas. We quickly threw in a sump pump from a hardware store and it did the trick until the super bad rain storm in August. We flooded twice within a week, so I reached out to see what we could do about it.

John came to the house very quickly to hear about what was going on and took a look around. He gave us a few options to pursue and we decided to get a better, more efficient sump pump put in.

The guys that came to do the work were so clean and efficient! They were done the work so quickly and everything looked great! Pat took the time to discuss everything with me in detail and answered all of the questions I had.

After the first big snow storm followed by rainstorm, I was so nervous our basement would see water as there was standing water in our yard. The sump pump did its job and the basement didn’t see any water!! The sump pump is so quiet, too!!

Very positive experience with Rescon!
Technician Ryan and his helper did an excellent job replacing my existing basement sump pump, adding a pit liner and running a new discharge pipe from the pit to the outside yard. Ryan worked quickly and efficiently and took the time to explain the process before beginning so I would know exactly what to expect. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained how the new pump and controller worked. I found him to be very professional, approachable and friendly. The whole process from the initial contact to the end went smoothly. I also want to thank project manager John Roemer for his help as he was a pleasure to work with- never any pressure and very transparent with everything. Thank you Rescon! I would not hesitate to use them again.

On their last visit to my house the service technician did a very thorough job of checking out my sump pump system and instaling
a new control head. He also warned us that our pump was on its last legs and would need to be replaced soon, which we have now panned for. This was a very successful visit.
