Constraction reviews in Cambridge, Massachusetts

I had this company that did my basement walls repairs and waterproofing. I highly recommend John because they did good job.

These guys are quick, professional, and affordable compared to other places we got quotes from. They did a complete tear down and rebuild of the chimney stack and was done in just two days. The end result looks great.

Amazing work. We had our backyard patio and yard redone. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. Great communication and we are so amazed at the results!

Working with Academy Masonry was a pleasure from the first time we met throughout our entire project. John is very professional and will go above and beyond your expectations. He keeps you informed throughout the work process. In our project of laying down pavers from our deck to our gazebo, if I wanted a paver changed due to the color variance, he was happy to change it and kept a smile throughout. He explained what he was going to do to get what we expected. After the completion of the job, the following day, I noted that there was a small puddle of water that remained on a small section of the walkway. He immediately told me that he would be out the following morning, and in this case, he kept his word, and of course, within a short period of time it was resolved.
There is no question in our minds about having john do more work for us as we need it. We appreciate working with you.

I hired them for my work at Yale Appliance in Dorchester. They completed the first job flawlessly. 2 days later I opened another wall and found a mess. They were back within a week and once again did a great job

John turned our backyard into a beautiful space. If you’re looking for a custom paver patio, look no further than Academy Masonry. John came out when he said he would, gave us a quote and worked with us every step of the way, we were in constant communication. The job was started and completed weeks earlier than his initial estimate, and they did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier. Please see attached before and after photos. I highly recommend for all your patio or wall needs!

I needed to repair a chimney, replace a window lintel, and tuckpointing at various places. John gave me honest guidance throughout. He got his crew quickly and finished the project on time. I really enjoyed working with john and his team on this project. I am very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I highly recommend them, and of course, I will use them again in the future.

I had an excellent experience working with John and Academy Masonry on a pretty big project doing my driveway and backyard. His quote was competitive but above all I greatly appreciate his professionalism from the start to the end of the project. Communication with John was excellent, his team did a great job throughout and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. I had some trepidation about finding a good contractor because sometimes they don’t follow up on what they promised. But I would highly recommend John and his team. Superb work and experience, thank you John.

Received estimates from 2 companies. Went with Academy masonry as they were a bit cheaper and a great deal more thorough in their estimate. John put in an outside drain and dry well (also insulated the outside wall). Work was done well and on time. The crew was professional and cleaned up Very happy would recommend!!!

Very professional. The project was well planned out, completed on time and within budget with great care to detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Waze Development for any future projects.

Waze Development has helped to put our property at the best price possible. They helped us understand the entire process and were kind enough to visit several times to consult and then to take pictures of the property.
The response time is very good and also communicates in your preferred channel. I definitely recommend them.

I have worked with numerous contractors over the years and none of them came close to what Waze development was able to provide. They always showed up on time and completed the work within the time frame they mentioned. Taghi was a pleasure to work with. He would carefully listen to what and how we wanted things done. I couldn't be happier and can highly recommend them for any home or office project.

We hired Waze Development to remove and asphalt driveway and replace it with paving stones. They also removed our rear driveway and restored the backyard to its original grassy state. We had a great experience with them overall and the quality of the work was excellent. They moved really fast to get the work done and were very professional throughout.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Taghi multiple times, and each experience has been outstanding. He is consistently professional, incredibly hardworking, and takes great pride in his craft—delivering beautiful results every time. His attention to detail and dedication to excellence truly set him apart. Taghi is absolutely an A+ in my book, and I will continue to recommend him without hesitation!

This is the first review we have written. Being a business owners we have mixed feeling about goggle reviews. When a company does superior work we just felt it necessary to write one. Tahgi and Jeremy roofed our home. It was framed incorrectly 22 years ago by another contractor. Tahgi fixed the framing, re-plywood and zip boarded the entire roof. They provided us with a reasonable price and top notch craftsmanship. Jeremy is a rare find and an extremely hard working and efficient craftsman. Tahgi and Jeremy make the perfect team. The finished product look excellent Start to finish, if you need roofing do not hesitate to call Wave Development. Jim and Alycen. Bedford NH

I would like to provide a referral for this company, as they consistently deliver outstanding service.

From the very first contact, the team has been extremely professional, reliable, and attentive. They pay close attention to detail and complete their work with a high level of care and commitment, always exceeding my expectations.

This is a company you can truly trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, responsibility, and excellent customer service. It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated and professional team.

We originally were going to have the roof of our 3 season sunroom fixed. It was never installed right by Champion. We wound up replacing the roof on house and the garage. A piece of metal trim was also replaced. The sliding door on the sunroom was also replaced, the lock never lasted very long. Windows were replaced that Newpro had put in years ago. This work was done when Newpro went under, we could never get them to fix windows. Everything was done in timely manner and to perfection. We will have the other windows replaced as soon as possible. We have recommended you to our neighbor.
