If you are a busy professional who can not afford to make multiple phone calls in vein, be cautious about this business. I called on Monday morning to schedule an electrician service that they consider a non-urgent visit. Justyne the woman picking up the phone said she's going to talk to the electrician in the afternoon and call me back to confirm a date. This didn't happen. I had to call them again early evening. She said she's going to call me back on Tuesday morning. That didn't happen. I called again Tuesday noon and she said again she's going to call me back this afternoon. She estimates Wednesday afternoon is fine but she still has to confirm and get back to me (let me wait another day without planning my other schedules). At this point I have lost trust on them getting back to me. Given their repeated irresponsive behavior, I asked if we can confirm a time next week rather than waiting in vein for this week. She said she can't confirm that either. I expressed my frustration and she apologized for not realizing I am postponing work to wait for their response. Every call I'm making is a waste of my time that could be better spent on something else. I understand the electrician is busy, but customers are also busy or even busier people and have packed schedules to manage and other things to plan for. I ended up working with other electricians who despite busy, can confirm a time right away in a professional manner.The business owner called me and warned me that he could sue me about this review. I am only stating the fact here.

We had these guys install a Nest Thermostat, trouble-shoot ceiling light fixtures, and replace a rooftop outlet in our Dana Park Condo. Wow. Such great service and super competent. I've worked with many electricians in our past residences over the years, and these guys are top-notch, polite, reasonable rates, and really know their stuff.
