Made an appointment for 9-11am, and thet didn't show up to 1pm. Then they wanted to charge me double what they had quoted me over the phone, $475 vs. $240.

The cleaning service provided by C& X Carpets Cleaners, who cleaned our carpet, was excellent. The cleaning service was flawless, expert, and of the highest caliber from the initial call to the scheduled cleaning date.👍❤

The guy from C & X Carpets Cleaners did a fantastic job! He took the kids paint and marker stains out of the office carpet. He is a super friendly guy. We will have him come again. I would recommend them to anyone !!!

C & X Carpets Cleaners cleaned my carpets. They did a great job and I am totally satisfied. They were very professional and very pleasant. They answered any queries that I had. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking forward to getting their carpets cleaned.

Thorough cleaning and quick drying time.

The company's service is not reliable at all! I reserved a carpet cleaning service for my apartment a month in advance. When I made the reservation, I was told for my 2 bedrooms (15'X12' and 21'X11')it would be around $100 to $150, which I thought was a reasonable price. Before the service date, I called again to confirm my reservation. On the service day, I waited for 3 hours and called C & X every 20mins, and they told me somebody will come soon. But nobody showed up at all.

At the end of day before the office closed, I called again. The staff on the phone told me I will get service the next day in the early morning and will get a 10% discount. The next day, again, nobody show up AT ALL and no one from C&X contacted me either.

Finally, they outsourced my service to Hartford carpet & upholstery cleaning at 860-849-719. Harford carpet cleaning charged me $309 and requested $61.8 tip for my 2 bedrooms carpet (about 440sq ft total). I think I was over charged and called C & X again, but they said the price is normal for such size. They did not give me the discount they promised.

C & X misled me by the service fee when I made my reservation, cannot keep their confirmed schedule.

Was clearly quoted $250 on the phone, and then was told when they arrived that the price was $485. They cleaned for 30 minutes and left without wiping up the water on my hardwood floors. My rugs still stink, and I have to hire a different company to do the job correctly. They also changed the time frame on the day of, and still showed up late. Incredibly disappointed.

Everything was good with the service from C&X Carpets Cleaners, who cleaned our carpet. From the first call to set a date for the cleaning, the service was just perfect, professional and of high quality. The price was good too, and the outcome is amazing. We highly recommend this company.

I have been a loyal customer to this company ever since our first appointment. I could really say that my money is worth it when I had them over. Been good friends with the crews, Johnny and Sam, now. Keep it up guys!
