Again, the technician tried to push past the time we agreed upon. I decided to cancel as I had adjusted my schedule for two days to accommodate the adjustment. I do not recommend this service.

The same day, I reached out again and the owner, Brantley, offered to personally come back and try to remove the smell. But I didn't want to take up his time. He's truly a commendable individual! we just had advanced carpet cleaning come in to clean our whole house, with the main goal of bringing our 26-year-old wall-to-wall carpet back to life. after moving all the furniture out, the carpet was looking really worn and dirty, but malachi used a careful 4-step process—vacuuming, shampooing, vacuuming again, and then smoothing everything out by hand. the difference is incredible. while it’s not a brand new carpet, it really feels almost like one. they handled over 2,000 square feet of carpet and also cleaned up the bathrooms, kitchen, and a bunch of built-in cabinets. every space looks fantastic. it's not the cheapest service, but you definitely get your money's worth. we would definitely hire them again and i recommend them for anyone looking to refresh their carpets.
