Deceptive and dishonest practices. Damaged and removed personal property from my home. Plumber disappeared mid job then over billed for time by 3x, charged for parts and services not rendered. They didn’t fix issues any of the 3 chances I gave them. Then they charged a card without authorization or disclosure of what was being charged. They also did not provide an estimate or bill before charging an old credit card they had on file. When trying to address these issues, Katelyn Barrell became aggressive and extremely unprofessional raising her voice and calling her staff names out of anger. This could have been easily addressed and resolved. Do not use this company.
