I was so impressed by the professional manner that Eddy Torres exhibited. He was extremely thorough, neat, conscientious and polite.

Pann Home Services to the rescue! The crew came out twice within 24 hours on emergency calls (two separate issues), arriving before the quoted ETA both times. Chris and Tim worked tirelessly for hours to solve a major plumbing issue; they are no-nonsense, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. On the second call, Chris and Brandon expertly fixed a leak in my furnace. All of the team members are efficient and kind, explaining their work and providing advice and recommendations. I am so pleased with the quality of the services provided and happy that I have Pann Home Services on my side. It seems as if there is no problem the crew cannot solve. Thanks again to Chris, Tim, and Brandon for their help!

I've continued to use Pann and have found them dependable, efficient, and forthright. Today, Shane installed a dishwasher and replaced our kitchen faucet. He was highly professional and friendly, and I continue to be very happy we found Pann for our plumbing and HVAC service and replacement needs. Everything these days is expensive, but at least with this company I've felt we get very fair value and extremely pleasant service technicians.

Alex the HVAC technician identified the problem quickly. He was very professional and fixed things fast. Our AC works now good as new!

Shane and team did a terrific job with a water heater replacement and identifying a furnace drainage issue. Pann was prompt in getting to our home and getting issues resolved.

Quick response, showed up on time, easy to talk to, fixed the problem pretty quickly. We had a clogged pipe that was backing up our kitchen sink; they used a snake to find and clear the clog.

Ryan and Alex were seemed to have done a great job fixing my AC unit. They were friendly, informative, cleanly, and made it easy for me.

Shane was awesome, he came to replace my burst hot water heater. He was super clear with me about my options were, worked very fast, and was a nice guy. Definitely happy with my Pann experience.

Pann Home Services (Jason) has provided excellent and immediate service twice in the past few weeks. The first was an emergency water leak on the weekend, and the second was the replacement of my old toilet. Very satisfied with the results.

I had an emergency with a leaking hot water tank, and I’m so grateful I called Pann Home Services! Jason and his helper were amazing. They guided me through how to shut off the water over the phone and arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes. They gave me 4 options, and I chose to replace the water tank. They also installed an automatic water shut-off valve to prevent future leaks. When I mentioned the slow hot water delivery to my second and third floors, they recommended and installed a recirculating pump. The new hot water system works perfectly now! I highly recommend Pann Home Services for all your home service needs. Professional, fast, and efficient – they truly know what they’re doing!

PANN was terrific. They arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. On top of those things, they were super friendly and even allowed my dog to “assist” and get pets. They were fantastic and I would happily hire them again. Highly recommended.

Called into Pann home services this morning and had a technician at our house within an hour on a Saturday morning. Jason did a fantastic job diagnosing our plumbing issue and worked for 4 hours non stop to fix the issue. I’d highly recommend Pann and highly recommend Jason - professional, diligent and knowledgeable.

I used Pann Home Services a second time for a carpentry job. The technician was informative, effective and efficient. I LOVE Pann Home Services the team works well from scheduling a service to having the service completed. Kudos!
