Wanessa has cleaned my house for more than two years, and her work has always been exceptional. The cleanliness and sparkle she brings to every detail are impressive. She pays attention to every corner of my home. When she took maternity leave, I chose to clean the house myself rather than hire someone else, because it seemed like no one else could clean as well as Wanessa.

My car’s carpet got soaked after I accidentally left the window open during a rainstorm. I reached out to Superb Canton Carpet Care on a Sunday and they were quick to respond, scheduling me for a Monday morning appointment. Lucas was the technician who arrived, and he really knew his stuff. He checked out the damage, explained what needed to be done, and got straight to work extracting the water from the soaked carpet. The equipment he used was impressive—you could actually see the water being pulled out through the clear suction head! By the time he finished, the carpet was only slightly damp. Lucas suggested I use a fan to help speed up drying and prevent any chance of mold. This company really focuses on getting great results, and I would definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone in need.

I was impressed with the level of customer work and expertise that the two boys provided. Top notch quality as well!

Clayton and the team did a great work and I could not be more pleased. Communicative, punctual, professional - I’d hire this business again in a heartbeat!

i regret not snapping photos before the cleaning, but the overpowering scent of pet urine was very noticeable. the experts from this carpet cleaning service performed an excellent job in cleaning all my carpets in canton. now, my carpets appear as fresh as new and carry a delightful fragrance. i'm incredibly satisfied with the outcome. lucas did a fantastic job.

clarence showed up punctually and paid keen attention to detail when it came to carpet cleaning. my home, which consists of a living room, dining room and three bedrooms, required a thorough clean, and clarence did an exceptional job. he took his time ensuring all areas were spotless. i took some photos and he did fantastic. i would strongly advocate for his services if you need your carpets cleaned. besides, he offers upholstery cleaning too. he's the best you can find for cleaning your carpets and stairs, and you won't be let down. i plan on utilizing his services time and again, even though i'm moving away soon. i value customer reviews highly and you won't regret hiring clarence for carpet cleaning. if there was an option to rate him 10 stars, i'd do it in a heartbeat. so i'll give him the top 5 stars instead.

The team at Superb Canton Carpet Care is professional and affable. They executed a first-rate job and finished it promptly. I would definitely endorse them for all your carpet cleaning needs. Clarence is incredibly professional and well-versed.

my cherished antique oriental rugs that used to belong to my grandmother cover our entire downstairs floor. these are some of the things i treasure most, but they've been through a lot. we've owned them for over two decades and during that period, we have house trained 6 dogs - some didn't take to the training as well as others. Superb Canton Carpet Care did a speedy job cleaning all our rugs, and they came back looking and smelling like new. their crew, including clarence, kai, and lucas, are professional when it comes to pick-ups and drop-offs, they keep customers informed about the whole process, and their services are reasonably priced. i can't say enough good things about them.

Superb Canton Carpet Care has assisted me on two occasions and each time they've delivered a stellar performance. The initial service was a standard carpet clean, while the second was an intensive cleaning to remove blood stains. My mom tripped, causing her ankle to break and bleed profusely. In her state of shock, she kept moving her foot, which resulted in a large blood stain on the carpet. clarence from the carpet care team was on-site the very next day, managed to extract every single stain. The carpet was restored to its original, brand-new look. I have to mention the friendliness and affordability of lucas and kai, which was greatly appreciated. It was of immense importance to me and my family to have the carpet spotless before my mom returned home. So, a big thank you to the team.

I can only speak from my experience, but Lucas is outstanding! He paid close attention to the specific instructions I had regarding my carpet cleaning needs, he was congenial and relatable, and in the end, he did a superb job. If I could rate him higher than a 10, I definitely would! I have absolutely no complaints about the service provided by Superb Canton Carpet Care.

superb canton carpet care was fantastic! scheduling an appointment was a breeze and the person i conversed with over the phone was extremely cordial. the carpet technician, lucas, was highly professional. he arrived punctually, thoroughly cleaned my carpets within an hour, and gave tips on how to hasten the drying process. when lucas found out that i had mistakenly overpaid, thinking hallways were counted as rooms, he proposed some extra services to ensure i got value for my money. this was much appreciated. if you're not aware, this company doesn't charge extra for hallways, though there is a charge for the odor-removing enzyme. fortunately, due to my scheduling error, i didn't have to pay extra for that, but it would certainly be worth it. once lucas had finished, my carpet was spotless and smelled amazing. the service was also far more cost-effective than other carpet cleaning services i had inquired about. just to let you know, they send out one technician, so large furniture cannot be moved. you'll need to shift any heavy or large items beforehand, but smaller items can be moved by the technician. this was a splendid experience, and i will undoubtedly use their services again in the future.
