Office staff very disrespectful and disorganized. The company was called 4 times for the same AC issue, and then we were told a special part needed to be shipped, nope... wait...they found one... but services and parts would cost an exorbitant amount of money for an issue they couldn’t fix the four times we called for the same issue. The communication in the office is disorganized, even our file had our old address in it. They couldn’t find the result of one of their visits in the file. The manager talked over me and wanted to know why I was questioning how the organized their business. She was extremely rude. This place is disorganized and disrespectful. Do not go there.

I would highly recommend Magic Air to anyone who is looking for heat and a/c. Tim Bumpus the person in charged of the handling the instillation explained to me very carefully in simple terms manner how the process would be handled. I am extremely satisfied with the work completed. Thanks again.
