Reviews of local pros in Carver, Massachusetts

We just began services with Fernanda and are so happy with the initial results! Her and her team were so diligent and I swear my house has never looked so clean. Everything is sparkling and we look forward to continuing services with her. She has been so responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We are beyond happy with Xavier Superior Cleaning Service. Fernanda is beyond professional and very easy to work with. The house is more than spotless after each cleaning with details I would never think about. Highly recommend!

Spectacular!!! Above my highest expectations. I was unable to keep up with cleaning for months due to unexpected circumstances. The dirt and pet dander in crevices and corners was bad! Every room is sweet smelling and sparking!!! The two cleaners did not stop, moving furniture, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing all day!! My furniture looks new! The floors gleam! The decorations shine! The closet floors are no longer cluttered! Everything is organized! They did a much better job arranging the kitchen, bathrooms, and dresser tops than I could have.

The house started looking like very lived in (like lived in by a family, 3 dogs, 4 parrots, and a sugar glider). Now, it looks like a lovely bed-&-breakfast.

We had Xavier Superior Cleaning come out and do some cleaning at our home. We had wrapped up some construction a couple of months ago and just couldn’t get rid of the dust. Xavier Superior came out and did a deep clean and the place is sparkling! It smelled amazing and the team took care of every speck of dust. They were hard working and so lovely and attentive to every detail. I have asked them to do our monthly service and could not recommend them more!

Update Spring '25: We've been working with Xavier Superior Cleaning Services for almost a year doing cleaning at our AirBnB rental and it is one of the better decisions I've made in the past year. The cleaning is top notch, always on time, extremely professional, fast and clear communication - never any worries about the work getting done and in a very professional way. I'm so glad we found Fernanda!

Fernanda and her crew always clean our house thoroughly and to the highest standards.

We called for a job site cleaning, they came the next day. The girls did a magnificent job wiping down all cabinets, cleaning all the bathrooms and floors. Most of all they were a pleasure to to work with and very nice.

This super friendly cleaning company is one I highly recommend. They are quick to get back to you and to respond to questions. They are certainly interested in doing a job that goes above the bar. I needed a home cleaned so that it is in move in condition, and I am beyond pleased.

My home is being well cared for by Xavier Cleaning Service. Today I had the refrigerator and oven cleaning (an add-on service), and the results were wonderful. Both truly sparkling clean. I am very happy with the attention to detail my home gets with Xavier Cleaning Services. I have a dog and she sheds a lot. They always use the correct cleaning tools to get the fur off the furniture and rug. I recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

I can't thank Fernanda and her team enough to give me my time and sanity back. This is honestly the best self care money can buy! They come to my house and when they leave, it smells and looks great. You would almost forget that I have 2 small boys that track dirt and mess everywhere they go! The entire crew is super efficient, the job is always well done. They never cancel or not show up. They're extremely reliable and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love my cleaning from Xavier. They do a fabulous job in my home. They are also very accommodating for special occasions. I would recommend them over and over again.

Xavier is excellent. Their team texts me to schedule appointments, very polite and always answers my questions promptly. Professional at all times and I love coming home after they’ve cleaned our home. I highly recommend this company!

Xavier Superior Cleaning did an AMAZING job cleaning my 2 story house today. I've been unable to do my own cleaning as I've been sick the bulk of 2025. Needless to say, they had their job cut out for them. I sincerely could not be happier with the turn out, brought me to tears of happiness. Thank you for a great job !

I’ve used New England Maids’ services for the last few months. They do a very good job, are thorough and flexible, and respond quickly to questions and requests. I definitely recommend them.

New England Maids was amazing! They accommodated us last minute and did such a fantastic job on the home. It was such a relief to have someone take care of all the scrubbing so we didn’t have to think about it while planning a funeral and for family to come stay with us. The professionalism and quality is unmatched! Thank you!!!
