Chimney reviews in Charlton, Massachusetts

Tri State came out to my home and made some much necessary repairs to my chimney . I knew I needed it to be done before I replaced my roof . The chimney looks great and obvious changes to lead flashing and repair of chimney top . I would recommend Tri State and was satisfied with the work they did. I also wanted to add that I’m getting a new roof and the roofers just said the chimney and all its parts look excellent!

I'm really happy with the chimney cleaning, chimney inspection, and masonry repair services I received from TriState Chimney & Masonry. Before beginning the work, their personnel arrived on schedule, examined the external mortar joints, firebox, brick structure, and chimney flue, and gave a thorough explanation. With exceptional attention to detail, they finished chimney sweeping, creosote removal, soot cleaning, flue maintenance, brick repointing, and chimney cap inspection. The chimney appears to be well-maintained and structurally sound, and the fireplace now burns cleaner and drafts correctly. I heartily recommend TriState Chimney & Masonry if you're searching for chimney contractors, masonry repair specialists, fireplace maintenance services, or residential chimney cleaning experts.

Never returned my numous calls, never responded to email requests, won't call again!!!

Professional, clean, and great to work with.

Non - Professional operation..called multiple times and left voicemail and Text Messages over two week period.
They have no one to answer phones .

They were very professional and polite both to me and to my nephew who happened to be visiting that weekend. Quality work.

Very disappointed … 👎👎👎… charges 350 just to give a outrageous estimate… nope in my book

Great company! Excellent work, very neat, trustworthy and friendly.

Mike and Brian are very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They did an excellent job with our chimney repairs!

Great company to work with. Very fair and responsive. Thank you!

Repointed an older chimney that was leaking. quick turn around, super clean and professional crew, and amazing work product... you really don’t notice how bad brick looks over time until it’s restored to new condition like this!

Team gets the job done with high quality. Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

TriState Chimney always do a great job and are always professional. I recommend them to anyone who wants great service

Our usual guy was unavailable so gave Tri state a shot. They were out to the house the next day which was huge and had the right part for the exhaust fan motor on the coal stove. Definitely recommend

Great service. Annual chimney cleaning was done from inside the house going up through the woodstove. They arrived early, did the work quickly and absolutely no mess.

If you need your chimney cleaned and inspected, or a stove installed, these are the guys to call. Great service, work is impeccable, they can get it all done top to bottom without any issues.

They were reasonable and on time and quick

They came to do a general inspection and cleaning. They arrived on time, and were friendly, helpful and informative. We appreciated too their offer wear masks while in our house if that was our preference. We would definately use them again.

Service to install a stainless steel flue liner was provided promptly and efficiently. Shared working knowledge of the masonry and related trades as the scheduler, owner, and site technician were supportive throughout the process. Completed the work thoroughly and neatly. Resolved the moisture problem with venting a high efficiency boiler through an exterior chimney.

Tri-State was great to work with from the customer service on the initial call, to when they came to inspect and clean our coffee roasting vent. We are very pleased and impressed with the Quality and Service. Thank you!
