Electrical reviews in Charlton, Massachusetts

I rely on Premier Plus Electric for all my home electrical needs and they have alway provided excellent service at a reasonable price. They have helped me in moving much of my utility sources to electricity including adding an outlet for an electric vehicle and in preparation for a heat pump to minimize my use of propane heating. They are very responsive and have impressed me with their skills and service. I recommend them with no reservation.

Brian and his staff were pleasant, efficient, and responsive. The service provided was over and above all expectations from each and every person associated with this company. I highly recommend Premier Plus Electric!

Premier Electric installed the cable to connect a new electric oven, replacing a gas oven for me. They did a professional job, were pleasant and arrived in time.
They also installed the stove anti-tip device for me.

Brian has an amazing staff, from office staff to electricians. The office staff is professional and very friendly. As for the electricians, Josh did the rough in electrical while Joe did the finish work. Both went above and beyond what was expected of them to make me happy. I highly recommend Premier Plus Electric!

I have been extremely happy and satisfied with my Premier experiences! From correcting electrical issues from previous owners, new electrical installations and the largest; a permanent 10k generator installation we have been extremely pleased. The electricians and support staff are communicative with quotes, scheduling and billing processes, a professional business you can count on and we highly recommend 👍

Great service and communication at an honest price! The jobs were well done. When the team encountered an issue with the wiring, they found another solution to achieve the desired outcome. Premier Plus Electric will be our first contact for future electrical projects at our home.

The entire team at Premier Plus were timely with their communications and quick to resolve an emergency electrical issue at my mother’s house. It was a pleasure working with them! I highly recommend Premier Plus for your electrical projects.

Brian and his team have worked on my house multiple times and to say I am extremely happy with their work is an understatement. In a time where it is hard to find reliable service the team at Geneva Electrical really stepped up to the plate. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for everything you did at a better than fair price.

Premier Electric has done work for me several times, including replacing an indoor cable that another electrician used outdoors, replacing circuit breakers, replacing smoke/heat detectors with a new lithium-battery model, replacing a fan motor, and changing multiple dimmer switches and timers with simple on/off rockers. Brian and his crew are excellent - professional, knowledgeable, on time, and accurate in what is needed. His office staff are equally responsive and professional. How nice to have an electrician in town that actually shows up!

Job well done!! While having an emergency and not one company to answer, Premier picked up and was here within the hour and was amazing! Thanks for you assistance!

Recently in a new house and there were some smaller jobs that needed doing. Everyone was competent, friendly, and respectful from Brian who came out and provided a quote, to the friendly office staff, to Spencer and Eric who actually did the work. I’d definitely use them again!

Brian and his team are exceptional. Quick, on time, and clean up after all their work. Quality job and we are very happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them for any job you need. We had a pool installed and needed electrical service in the middle of our yard.

The electricians at Premier Plus Electric Inc. were punctual, professional, clean, and very accommodating. We were extremely pleased. The price was fair and the work was high quality. We feel comfortable and confident with all the work that was done. We will definitely call them again for any electrical need. My husband and I highly recommend Premier Plus Electric. 5 stars!

Wonderful company. After talking with Allison I knew I called right company to work with, she knew just I needed and kept me informed when someone would be here. The crew that came were friendly, went right to work, fixed the problem in no time. They did a great job. There my go to company. Thank you

I've used Premier multiple times on multiple house projects and every time consistently exceeds my expectations. They are great with scheduling, and are always punctual for appointments. I had used another electrician in the past who was unable to change some of my light fixtures, including a large 12 foot high chandelier. When Premier comes, every time "no problem at all", they say, and it never is. They get the work done fast, done well, and clean up great afterwards. Many thanks to their hard-working team!

Premier Plus was able to complete our project on time and on budget. Their communication was spectacular. We always knew when they were coming and what exactly they'd do - and with reminders. Can't recommend them enough! Shout out to our electricians, Chris and James (if I got their names wrong I apologize!)

Brian and his team were professional and did a great job. We had them replace a whole house generator. The office staff was also very polite, professional, and very helpful with scheduling. I would use them again and recommend them.

Excellent experience working with Premier Plus Electrical. My biggest peeve about working with companies is communication and punctuality. The communication with Premier Plus was great they respond quickly to questions, and the scheduled work was done when they said. I am definitely working with them again.

We built a new 28 by 32 garage with 13 foot ceilings and had Premier Electric install the electrical service They installed 8 industrial ceiling lights, 3 industrial cooling fans, tons of electrical outlets as well 220 outlets inside and outside of the building. They ran the power source from our home to the new garage. Also outside of the garage and our home they installed 8 large Coach lights with timers & and 3 motion lights
We Also had a whole house generator installed by them, one of the best things we ever did.
If we could give them a rate of 10, We would!! They are very professional, hard workers, and did our job quickly. They are very attentive and ready to please. This is a non stop working crew!! Brian and his men were always on time and cleaned up after they were through. This is the company that will always be in Our family for our electrical needs!!
