We had Hartland remove a dead tree that was in a tight spot. He put the tree down right where it needed to be. When he was done, he left my yard more clean than when he first arrived.

We had a large pine next to our house, Tim came in cleaned off some limbs to lighten it up some and perfectly dropped the tree into the corner of our yard. He hauled the logs out, cleaned up. We have a few more trees we will be calling Tim to remove. If you need a tree down Tims the one to call.

I recently hired Tim Ballou from Hartland to install a new concrete slab in my garage, and I could not be more impressed with the results! From start to finish, the process was very professional.

The quality and attention to detail of Tim's work was flawless. He was always available to answer any questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. He provided a clear timeline for when the job would be completed and stuck to it. He worked efficiently and left the site cleaner than when he arrived. He was very respectful of my property and made sure to protect surrounding areas from any mess or damage.

The price was competitive and I felt that the quality of his work far exceeded what I paid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this service. Finding people that provide this quality of service is very difficult, and I will be forever grateful for such a beautiful job!

Tim arrived on Tuesday to intall a patio under my deck. I was shocked that he was alone. This man is a machine. He worked quickly installing forms and explained as he worked pitches and how water would drain and why he was placing them where he did. On day two the concrete was poured. He was meticulous finishing it. Day three, clean up and plant grass. Great work at a fair price. My highest recommendation.

B & R Tree Service are amazing. We hired them three times since buying our property in Webster in 2020 and will continue for removal and trimming services. I was disappointed that I had deleted videos of them in the bucket, removing my tree, absolutely amazing, the safety and agility as well as skill!! We were blown away watching as some of these large branches, tree size, were so close to our house but never in jeopardy due to their thoughtful technique and experience. We wouldn't use any other service. A+

Get other quotes! They are responsive and very well organized, but prices are way too high. I just got a job completed for almost $4,000 less than Bernie’s quote. I’m sure they do great work, but they should concentrate more on providing a service for the everyday person

We have been talking about taking care of many older trees on our property for years. We started and stopped with a few companies due to unresponsiveness or over the top cost. Bernie contacted us immediately and took the time to work up a plan to get our immediate needs met. Pricing is very fair and Bernie's team did a fantastic job! They were very respectful of our property and completed the job in one day, even with diminished sunlight. We will definitely use their services again to continue our tree thinning goals.

We had service done today on a very overgrown crab tree and some shrubs. Bernie had met with my husband the week prior, went over service, provided a written quote same day. Price was very reasonable, scheduling was done and completed just as it had been discussed.
Crew of 5 plus worked non-stop and did an amazing job.

The crew from b&r tree service showed up as promised. 7:30 a.m. and went right to work when they entered my property. They treated it with care and respect and continue to do so throughout the day as they worked around my property. They accomplished everything for me that Bernie had promised me he would accomplish . When they left my property it was completely cleaned up and I was thankful for a job. Well done. A shout out to the crew at b&r for the caring professionalism. Hired this company for removal of 7 trees with stump grinding. He assured me that the stumps would be flush to the ground. I was away, and when I arrived home, there were many divots in my yard from them dropping the limbs instead of lowering them. The stumps were not flush. I contacted him about my concerns with no response.

Everyone involved in removing our 5 trees was very professional, extremely diligent, and pleasant to work with! The accuracy, attention to detail, and quality of work were all evident throughout the entire process. Two neighbors hired B & R as a result.

I had multiple trees and overgrown shrubs removed. One of the large trees was tangled with the electric drop too. Bernie, the owner, personally came with his crew to oversee this big job over almost 3 days. Bernie is very knowledgeable about trees and plants and had so much good information to share, which was especially helpful for me since I'm new to Massachusetts. The crew cleaned up everything when they were done. The price was very reasonable (less than other quotes I got). I highly recommend B&R Tree Service!
