Dangers employees terrible customer services.
employees has no respect to others and may cause problems. -
Could these guys be any worse? They quoted me a job, working with Seaver Construction, to plant some trees and pam and seed around our patio. They did a horrible job, half the trees died, and they never came back to reseed. Clearly they didn't honor their contract with us but don't care. They don't stand by their shoddy work. And are horrible to work with!

He provided “loan” for a ten house condominium area. Worse “loam” I’ve ever seen. Not screened resulting in thousands of pounds of rock. I’ve found rusted wire that someone could step on, etc. Soil so poor we can’t grow grass even with large amounts of fertilizer. Several people have had to tear up their lawns and replace the soil. Sad very sad.

I caught one of their employees picking and stealing vegetables out of my garden while they were working at Salem State University. When confronted all I got was a nervous smile and laughter because she had been caught. She still ended up taking what she had stolen. Is it the end of the world? No, but that still doesn’t justify someone stealing something you’ve put hours into.

Bouley landscaping removed trees and constructed a raised stone wall, patio, small waterfall and fireplace along with an irrigation and landscaping lighting systems in our backyard. After a few months one stone fell to the ground from the wall. We phoned without a reply. Then we noticed a shifting in the floor of the patio and a sloping of the wall. We phoned and months later someone came by, that was a year ago. We agreed to a price for repairs without any further action from Bouley Landscaping.. The situation is now where the project could collapse and is totally unusable. We are now looking for a reputable insured, licensed, reliable landscaping company to clean up the mess Bouley Landscaping left for us.

Ray’s team completed a large landscaping project in our backyard last year that was completed to perfection. Communication is great and the work is even better. His team does our weekly landscaping and seasonal cleanings as well. The absolute best in the business. First class!

Ray did my original lawn in woburn when Bob Murray built my house.. It was excellent. He later built three stone walls that everyone comments about ho nice they look.Ray also does my fertilizer program. His. Man is spot on with treatments. My lawn looks like Winchester CC.I would recommend him to anyone and he does some of my friends homes which I set up. They are all happy.Its hard to find good honest people today well they don't get any better then Ray.

My and my husband's house was built in the 1960's and the landscaping hadn't really been updated since. We hired Bouley Landscaping to do the following in our front yard:
1. Remove two poured concrete walkways that led from our front door and side door to the road;
2. Tear up the existing driveway and lay down a new, wider one;
3. Build two retaining walls to deal with the slopes we had in the front and side yard;
4. Build a set of steps from the driveway to the front door; and
5. Lay down a new walkway between the new steps and the front stoop.
Every single part of this project came out fantastic. We constantly get compliments from our neighbors. Bouley Landscaping communicated with me every step of the way and they were courteous to our neighbors while doing the work on our front lawn. They did such a great job that we hired them to dig and install a French drain along the back of the house due to a water issue in our basement. It was done in a weekend and we have had absolutely NO water in the basement since. I would highly recommend these guys. They did a phenomenal job! -
It’s an ok work performed. It’s expensive when you probably don’t have home insurance!

Commonwealth has been working on our street for quite a while. They’re putting in new waterlines. Every person we’ve spoken to has been extremely professional and polite.
Last night we had what appeared to be a leak and we weren’t sure if it was our water heater, boiler or from the construction. It was Saturday night about 8 o’clock at night and I called the number that was provided by Commenwealth. While we were down cleaning up the water the person in charge called me 12 times. I unfortunately didn’t have my phone with me. I called him back and he took the time to walk me through what possibly could’ve been the cause and again was very professional and helpful. We found out it was the boiler and some gaskets that needed to be replaced.
I can’t say enough about this company. -
Very professional, my main water line from the sidewalk to my basement had a leak and it was starting to run into the basement. The city shut off the water main. Commonwealth Construction, was there with in an hour .
They were able to dig down to the main water line from the street . They removed the old water line going into the basement and replaced it, without digging my lawn up with one of there tools. They sent one of there plumbers in to complete the inside work
My water was turned back on. Thank you and your crew, very Professional.
