128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric installed 5 mini split units in our house in the course of four and a half days, and we could not have been more pleased . We did a lot of research and comparison shopping for this project and we concluded that this was one of the elite companies in the area. But the decided difference between 128 and the others we looked at was the customer orientation and level of personalized service. After their initial visit they did two more walkthroughs with us, worked with us to get the best results for our particular needs and priorities. Supervisors came twice during the week to consult with the technicians, and the guys went out of their way to make a complicated project go smoothly. Thanks to Ken, Jimmy, Wayne and Leo, the electrician, and the supervisors who checked in during the week. This is a first rate company!

We are always able to reach 128 Plumbing when we have an issue, they respond promptly and communicate with us every step of the way until we are 100% satisfied. RJ did a great job diagnosing and fixing an electrical issue with our boiler, got our heat running again.
