Josselyn and her partner did an incredible job with the deep clean of our home! They tackled a few requested “scary dirty” projects that I had avoided for a very long time and made everything sparkle. They left everything tidy, smelling great, and were kind and professional. A great value with no add-on fees for special requests. I will definitely be calling them again and telling my friends!

Josselyn was great to work with! She was on time for my cleaning, and she was very responsive over email. They did such a fantastic deep clean of my fridge, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of my home when they were done. I will definitely be calling her again!

Josselyn and Liliam have been cleaning our apartment monthly for over a year now. They do an amazing job cleaning, and they are very thorough and detailed. Besides their exceptional cleaning, they are very kind and professional. It’s always nice having them over and my dog loves them! I have known Josselyn and Liliam for 1.5 years. During this time they have come every other week to help clean our place, helped with a move, and a few times I have asked for some window cleaning. They have both gone above and beyond every single time they come. They are exceptional at what they do and leave our house literally sparkling clean and organized. They never cut corners and are thorough. I have two boys who can be quite messy in their rooms and after they are done with the cleaning their rooms are clean and organized. The Sparkle and Grace team have now done two deep cleans of our apartment, and did such a great job. Our space is pretty big, and gets a little unmanageable at times. We try to maintain it fairly clean, but having the team come help us out with a big deep clean every so often is such a help.

This cleaning service is the best!!! Josselyn’s prices are incredibly reasonable, and my apartment looks spotless when she is finished. She is empathetic and never makes me feel bad about how messy the place can get. I have 2 other roommates, and we can be extremely disorganized. Josselyn’s simple solutions, like rearranging misplaced furniture and rolling blankets to fit spaces, have made a humongous difference in our household. It’s easier to keep tidy in between cleanings, and my mental health has soared each time I receive a cleaning from Sparkle & Grace. It’s like walking into a brand new home every time she cleans! Josselyn and her team are outstanding. She has cleaned my apartment as well as the apartments of two of my best friends and all three of us have had an outstanding experience. Josselyn is lovely, warm, conscientious, punctual, efficient, and thorough. She is also encouraging of requests/feedback to ensure she is cleaning your space to your liking. Her pricing is competitive and the experience has just been terrific. She is also very easy to communicate with and schedule with. Could not recommend this service enough!

Carolina was always easy to work with - flexible and punctual. It is always nice to come home after Carolina has been by to clean.

Carolina cleaned our condo for 7+ years and always did a spectacular job. She is responsive, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Although Carolina’s crew is great at cleaning, they are not gentle at all when it comes to valuables. I have collectible figures that were broken on about 5-6 different occasions in the couple years that I used her. She didn’t want to come anymore because she said she didn’t want to be blamed for my broken things. Mind you, I’ve never asked her to pay for any of the broken items, all I ever said was to please tell your crew to be careful and gentle around my things. Just have a little respect. There were also occasions were my things would he put in places by them that would take my hours to find afterwards.

Regardless, if you don’t have valuables, I’d recommend them, as they do a good job at cleaning, they’re just not that gentle.

Carolina has been working with us for over 2 years and we are so happy! She is excellent at what she does - detailed, thoughtful and good at communicating. Very kind when there is a change of plans too. Highly recommend if you are in the market for someone to help you with cleaning and deep cleaning. Such a delight to come home after Carolina has visited.
