I have been with this oil service since 1976 and wouldn't be a customer for this long if they did not provide exceptional service. Veronica was pleasant and answered my question without hesitation and asked if I needed anything else which I did not. I even spoke with the delivery man today as well as I happened to be outside when he came and he was pleasant and we had a nice chat for a few minutes . I will no doubt continue with this company, great service, great payment and plan options to meet my needs. Thank you all at HOP!

I have been a customer for many years. I must say whenever I have a problem service is at my house asap.and service has been wonderful. Recently I questioned pricing plans and a member of the team Darlene Dahlquist was soooo helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and even followed up to make sure all was in order. A great employee for sure! . This company has online billing, delivery and service which I found very helpful and easy to understand.
