Just had a mini split installed in my basement today. Great Crew! They were professional and did amazing work!

Great service and communication! My mini split wasn’t working and another company said I needed to replace it. I reached out to Valor Heating & Cooling, they came out and resolved all of my issues within the hour. Highly recommended!

Straight shooters and exceptional work for installation of a new 48K heat pump HVAC system to replace the old system on my main floor. Timely, knowledgeable, and a very clean and well organized installation for a very fair, no surprises price. 5 stars and highly recommended.

Let me tell you these guys are 10/10 I gave them a call at 10:30 last night because I had no heat and I was afraid my pipes were going to freeze they were at my door steps within 30 minutes. I recently had mini splits added to my third floor apartment and the whole process was super smooth. Huge shoutout to Ethan, he was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Valor Heating & Cooling again for my other units. Really appreciated how on top of everything he was. If you’re thinking about HVAC work, definitely give him a call.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Valor, and I want to give a special shoutout to the big E! From the moment he arrived, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and explained everything clearly, (no gimmicks at all which is what I’ve previously been used to) which made me feel at ease. Ethan worked efficiently and ensured everything was running smoothly before he left. I highly recommend this company, especially with Ethan as your technician! Thank you for the fantastic service! :)

Absolutely incredible work by these folks. Super professional , always kept up to date with timelines and when they would be in the house and where so we could plan and move stuff accordingly.

Excellent pricing accompanied by expertise with qualifying for the mass save rebates and tax credits.

They just installed a fully ducted heat pump system on the main two floors as well as (2) traditional mini split units in the basement.

Give these guys a call with anything heating or cooling, we could not be happier with the professionalism and results.

Ethan was my contact person heat pump install, we had 6 ton LG red series installed, we had total 5 companies to come out and give us a quote and ethan gave us the best price. He takes care of all the paperwork for rebate. Installed 8 heads within 2 days, he made sure there was no tubing and wires in front of the house. If you are looking for heat pumps then Valor and Ethan is the beat choice.

These guys were great! Ethan and Jeff took care of everything . Ethan looked over what was currently installed and came up with a design that is efficient , cost effective, and was done very quickly. Jeff was onsite every day and kept us I. The loop about everything.
Very happy to give this endorsement! They deserve it!

Jeff and Ethan worked at my place for the last three days replacing two HVAC units with mitsubishi heat pumps. The crew was great and did an impeccable job. Ethan was great with the quotes and Jeff walked me through the usage/maintenance of the units post installation. Highly recommend - great transparency.

We moved into our first house and wanted to install energy efficient HVACs for heating and cooling. We contacted many contractors and were surprised by the insane price they quoted for installing mini splits. Came across Valor, got their quote and was surprised to see their quote with best in class Mitsubishi mini split. I had urgency as my heater was not working and requested them if they can complete it early. We needed to upgrade the electric panel to 200A. The entire team came in. Ethan was very supportive and explained each steps, Jeff explained each and every step while doing installing. They are hardworking and a great team. The master electrician came twice and ensured everything is working. And at a reasonable price for Mitsubishi. Thanks to them for not getting ripped off by big name installers.

Everyone part of the team was great.
When faced with a hurdle they plowed through to solve the problem. Ethan kept in contact and organized the MA Save deal.Jeff participated to oversee the project and keep things running. Has been running for

They were very professional and listened to any concern or question I had with understanding. They treated my home and my parents with great respect and kindness. I knew that I could trust them with every step of the installation. Thank you Ethan and Jeffrey for your expertise and help! Would recommend Valor heating and cooling to anyone! Jeff and Ethan installed a 5 head Mitsubishi mini-split system in my house in Plymouth, Ma. My wife and I could not be happier we chose Valor. The installation was super clean and very well organized. We have had many contractors that have done work on our house and Valor is one of the best contractors we have had do work from us. Ethan's communication was top-notch....every question got answered...usually within 1 hour. The whole process was seamless. Jeff, Ethan and the rest of the crew are also really nice people. We even enjoyed talking with them on things unrelated to the job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Contractors like them are very hard to find.
