When I purchased my home it was challenging to find someone to plow my driveway. Well, West Branch was worth the wait! Sam is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I cannot say enough great things about West Branch Landscaping & Lawncare. I have worked with them a few times now and every single time has been a great customer experience. Sam and his entire team do a great job, are super kind people, they do great work all at an affordable price.

The customer service that I have received has not just been great, but has honestly been the best customer service I've received from any business in the past few years. When they repaired my lawn mower, they did it for a great price and rather quickly. They even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. Same thing when they regretted my driveway, not many companies follow up 3 days later making sure everything is perfect. They also let me know if there were any issues at all. They would come out and make it right.

If you are considering using their services, I highly recommend that you do. You will not be disappointed. I will be a long-term customer moving forward. Thank you, West Branch and Sam!

Sam and his crew are the best. They plow our driveway, grated our driveway, put in a culvert to get rid of puddling driveway water, and installed an underground water line to our garden (I don’t have to lug buckets of water now and too far to run hoses over our driveway). Sam is resourceful and willing to give suggestions for contractors for jobs he does not do.
