Construction Company reviews in Chicopee, Massachusetts

Hard working and very professional team. I highly recommend them!

Nova does a great job - professional, punctual, and thorough!

Incompetent drivers on the road, rude customer service, no repercussions for said actions. Wouldn't recommend and will let everyone know how terrible they are.

The cleaning service is very thorough and always professional. They have been cleaning my home monthly for over a year and I am always very happy with the results!

This company is great! Great communication along with great pricing. Project came out better than expected and can not wait to use them again. Strongly recommend.

Excellent builders! They made our dream bathroom beautifully, expertly, and affordably, and they were easy to work with.

I've been using their cleaning service for the last 5 or 6 months. They work hard and do a good job. Thorough and conscientious. Reasonable price.

Gisele’s cleaning crew does excellent work. They are efficient, professional and hardworking. My house sparkles after a cleaning.

Nova installed a pocket door for us between our living room and dinning room. They were professional, polite and on time. The work was performed was exactly what we wanted. I would hire them again.

I recently had an emergency situation at my business. Construction was being done next-door and caused a lot of damage. I did a quick google search, desperately seeking help. Gisele was at my door within two hours. I was in tears from the sense of relief she gave me. I instantly trusted her and felt confident in her abilities. I even gave this stranger a big hug. It felt like an angel was sent to me.

Her team came fully loaded not two days later. Honest to God not one stone was unturned. Literally. I have a little collection from my son. Walls, crevices, even my messy desk was completely dust free after they were done. So efficient too! What I thought was a multiple day job multiple people, these two women had done in 3 hours! And with humor along the way! I felt so comfortable with them right away. I do not trust easily when it comes to my photography gear.

I can not thank this team enough. I have been singing their praises for days and will most definitely be using them again.

(Attached is a before photo. Brick dust everywhere!)

They were clear, friendly, and accomodating over the phone and texting on the day-of. The cleaning was meticulous and finding a date with my tight deadline was no problem. The price for my move-out cleaning was fair and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the Western MA area.

They have done a couple projects on my house and their results were always wonderful and the price was reasonable. I love the new deck they just added to my home.

Nova did a deep clean of my house after some remodeling, and I’m very happy with the results. Everything looks great and I will definitely hire them again in the future!

Very professional and easy to work with; they helped us with our remodeling project, were always on time, finished before schedule and even helped with a couple of other minor repairs. We'll definitely use Nova VC again in our future house projects.

Cannot recommend Nova VC enough! Gisele and Almir did an amazing job on a variety of home-improvement projects! They completed window installation, insulation installation, drywalling, replacement of wood siding and interior and exterior painting! Their crew is hard-working and courteous and does a fabulous job! 5-STARS!!!

Loved that they adhered to all the safety protocols during these trying times with the pandemic. They worked hard to meet all my expectations for a DEEP House Cleaning. Our home is on the market so after the results of my first experience with this company I have hired them to come back every two weeks to keep our home looking great. Their work ethic along with their exemplary integrity makes it a pleasure to welcome them into our home. They are very personable, pleasant and take pride in what they do for their client.

Nova Vic Construction & Cleaning did a deep clean on our house and let me tell you, our home felt like a 5 star hotel. Every crevice and corner was left spotless. The professionalism, respect for time and attention to detail is second to none. I only gave 5 stars as that is the limit-highly recommend this company for anything home related. We look forward to utilizing this service again!

Gisele and her team do an amazing job cleaning! We had them do a deep cleaning and now they come every other week. Truly our house has never been this clean. We first met Gisele and Almir when they did a proposal for replacing our back deck a couple of years ago--they were great to work with, they had the best price, and Almir and his crew did a wonderful job. Communication with Gisele is really easy and she is very responsive.

Almir and Gisele, along with their exceptional team, have done an amazing job renovating our old and outdated home. They are professional, efficient and reliable and the pricing was within our budget. We are thrilled with their work and would highly recommend them for any of your home improvement needs.

Nova VC did significant remodelling of my house; floor installation, interior wall and closet construction. And I could not be happier with the results. The quality of their work is very good. They are professional and very responsive. I will be reaching out to them with my future projects.

Nova VC construction & cleaning is an amazing company to work with. They were very easy to work with and got the job done much sooner than they had told us. Very responsive and went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Would highly recommend and use for future projects!
