We noticed reduced airflow and called them. Their air duct cleaning fixed the issue. Midway through the appointment, Dylan Foster explained what was blocking airflow. They also completed dryer vent inspection, dryer vent repair, and dryer vent cleaning.

I attempted to use this business for a simple job. What an experience!

First, after initial contact, which took a day after leaving a message, I explained what I needed. I also explained that I am disabled. I explained the best times and days that work and that I need a couple days notice. Then I heard nothing. Crickets... For days...

Until this morning. I got up around 945am, which I understand is late for some. There was a message from 830am saying someone would be by 10-1030 that day. I immediately called the company, left a message stating this was not doable and unacceptable. That I needed more notice.

A short time later, about 1015, a "field tech" called me to say he wanted a pic of the thermostat we needed work on. When I tried to explain to him that today would not work, he talked louder over me. Then when I stated that I needed more heads up, he just got nasty.

It ended with him yelling at me that he was on vacation last week. He said something to the effect of, "Well you are all set then aren't you." Then he hung up on me before I could even respond.

I did call the company back and told them they lost a customer today.
