Don’t waste your money here! My last regularly scheduled service I noticed that the specialist was returning to his truck after a very short time at my property. I went out to speak with him and asked if he had given attention to the nutsedge that was spreading around my backyard to which he replied that he didn’t treat the backyard! I asked why and responded that it doesn’t say that on my account. Imagine my dismay at being told this when the service that I signed up for included my entire property. He then said that he didn’t have enough product to treat it then so someone would have to come another day. I immediately called customer service and they scheduled another service specifically for the backyard, to take place two days later. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I’m wondering why my back lawn is sprouting new weeds left and right, nutsedge has spread like crazy... I find the service notes from the follow up service and they didn’t even treat the back lawn! I’ve made multiple calls to customer service this week, have yet to receive a call from a manager, and the service scheduled for today (to apply the treatment that should have been applied those previous visits) can’t be completed. The specialist was apologetic, but that does not make up for the poor management and planning at this branch of TruGreen. The customer isn’t happy because you didn’t apply the treatment that was paid for and you schedule service for a large yard at the end of the day, when it’s likely that there won’t be enough product left on the truck. I’m disgusted with the company and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had second application for pest control specifically ticks and mosquitoes.Antonio alerted me in person of his arrival and asked if there were any areas in particular he should target. He again returned with his summary and to ask if I had questions. Very satisfied with service
