Reviews of local pros in Chicopee, Massachusetts

We were really pleased with the service that WHI Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Inc. offered. At our Chicopee home, Donald did a fantastic job. Our dryer vent was nearly entirely plugged, but he cleared it. The dryer is working efficiently now. Our chimney also need some little maintenance and cleaning, which Donald expertly handled. He inspected our attic's insulation and offered suggestions for improvement. He didn't put any pressure on us, and we appreciated that. In Chicopee, WHI provides the most trustworthy, friendly, and excellent service. Donald, thank you for a job well done.

I recently engaged WHI Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Inc Of MA, and I am extremely satisfied with their service! Edward was quite amiable and well-informed. He dedicated time to clarify the importance of routinely cleaning dryer vents and air ducts for the safety and efficiency of the home. Following the cleaning, I instantly observed improved airflow, and my dryer is functioning as if it were brand new!

Edward also conducted a chimney inspection and noted a few minor issues before they could escalate into larger problems. His integrity and meticulousness were striking. The service was prompt, effective, and created no mess afterward. I value the professionalism and fair pricing. If you're in need of dryer vent, air duct cleaning, or chimney repair, I strongly suggest WHI Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Inc Of MA. I will certainly be a customer again!

They responded the same day, and even offer after hours calls and services which is hard to have happen with other companies. The issue was diagnosed and fixed within the same day for an extremely reasonable price and the in-house financing they offer is a life saver! I will forever use and recommend WHI Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services in Massachusetts to all family and friends from this point on.
