Brandon is great. He came out and installed a heat pump hot water heater for me last year. Did a couple of little repairs at the same time. And this year he installed new faucets in both bathrooms. Good communications and a great results.

BGC was great, corrected my screw up in less than an hour. Very easy to communicate with. Reasonable pricing as well! Will definitely be using BGC for all of my future plumbing needs

Update: Brandon helped update our down stairs bathroom with the installation of a new pedestal sink. Cant express how pleased we are with his work and professionalism.

one of my biggest plumbing fears happened to me today. I heard gushing water and knew a pipe had burst. Brandon answered the phone straight away, and told me I needed to shut off the main water valve to the house. As a newly single adult woman who never dealt with *broken house things* I couldn't know less about plumbing or even where to begin to make that happen. He face-timed me as I walked around my basement until he found what I needed. He was so incredibly patient as he, -a master plumber- explained the most basic steps of shutting off the water. He was able to make it out to me, fix the problem, and explain everything to me!! I can’t recommend this company enough!! This guy went WAY above and beyond!! I wish I could give 10 stars!
