Brandon replaced my kitchen faucet. He gave me a couple of options to choose from, and a very reasonable price for the work he did. Seemed very professional and I can tell that I will be using his company again. I highly recommend you give him your business!

Brandon came and quoted a repair of a leaky pipe valve and was very thorough and very professional. He also repaired my tub drain lever as a courtesy. Definitely would recommend.

We have now worked with Brandon twice and both experiences have been great. The first was a fairly minor job on our kitchen sink. The second was more of an emergency job after our basement had flooded and our hot water heater needed to be replaced. He always presents multiple options for the job, prices, and pros and cons for each decision. It makes it very easy to make the right long term decision. He always leaves the place cleaner than he found it. He is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. One of my biggest takeaways was when he asked us to leave him a review following the completion of the job. A lot of people would prompt us to leave a 5 star review. Instead, Brandon asked us to be honest with the review, which I thought showed a lot of integrity. We will go back to Brandon again for future jobs.

Brandon is a top notch master plumber. He has terrific communication, skill and service. His work and expertise are awesome - he's happy to talk through your current problem as well as advise on future projects. He provided quotes for several different jobs that I'd like to approach in the future, giving me complete piece of mind when I am ready to start them. Efficient, effective and personable. I had persistent clogging issues with toilets which were determined to be at least partially due to limited capability of the Gerber models in use. It was decided to swap out all three of them for a more effective / reliable brand. I waited about a month to write this review to confirm things were going smoothly. Since the new installs I only had one clog which was quick to resolve. I recommend using BGC for your plumbing needs.

Brandon was helpful from our first call throughout the entire process. He provided service within 24 hours of our call and within 5 minutes after his arrival gave us 3 options to solve the problem. The end product was outstanding and he left the area clean. Highly recommend BCG plumbing.

Brandon is an excellent master plumber. He answers the phone (unlike other plumbers I've tried!) and is easy to schedule with. The costs for his projects are reasonable, and he propose practical solutions for what the problem is, offering some options of how to address it. He also takes the time to answer questions and talk through potential future projects or other ongoing house plumbing issues instead of rushing off to the next job. Highly recommended!

Brandon was very fast to respond to my request for a drain repair, and was very professional. He arrived exactly when we agreed, and his work was perfect. He worked extremely neatly and efficiently and most importantly, the repair was done right! You just can't ask for more when hiring a master plumber.
