I spent a career working in construction and worked with a lot of good companies.
I gotta tell you these guys are extremely professional and deliver what they propose. I couldn’t be happier, they came and got the job done in and out in five days. They cleared 45 trees from around my house spectacular job recommend them highly. I was amazed at the accuracy and skill. Trees were leaning over the house and they got them down safely.

We are delighted with the work! Large trees were carefully removed and completely cleaned up afterwards. The crew was a pleasure to deal with, showed up when they promised, and charged a fair price. Couldn't be happier.

We had contacted a number of tree service business to obtain estimates to have a number of large trees trimmed and dead wood removed. Some of the services came and gave us an estimate, with one estimate we felt was extremely high compared to others, some never showed and some never followed up, even after calling them numerous times.

Lanoue Tree & Landscape Service of Colrain, MA was the exception. They surveyed the work that needed to be done, gave us what we felt was a reasonable estimate, responded to our phone calls and arrived at the time and date they said they would.

A crew of four showed with the necessary equipment to perform the job. Between the time they had given us the estimate and their arrival to do the work we had decided we wanted more tree work done.
We explained the extra work we would like done and they gladly agreed to extend their time here and do the extra work.

I had a neighbor that wanted the wood for firewood. After the crew trimmed the bush off they neatly stacked the wood that was saved for firewood. Once the trimming was completed the yard was raked and left in better shape than before they started.

When I need tree work done again Lanoue Tree & Landscape Service will be the people I call and have no reservations recommending them to do your tree work.

Mark and his crew were very professional and worked well with each other. They cut down an enormous Norway Maple tree in my backyard in a day.

Mark has been outstanding to work with. He has taken care of numerous tree projects for us at three separate locations. Each job he has been on time, professional, honest, helpful, and does great work. He has a very strong work ethic and takes great care to clean up after the job is finished. He's the best tree guy we've had the pleasure working with!

Mark does great work at an affordable price.

Mark is a knowledgeable and experienced arborist. I own a tree removal company in the Huntsville AL area and have collaborated on many successful jobs with him. He is a great high climber and obviously loves his work. Anybody can buy some foot spikes and make some sketchy cuts in a tree - Mark can setup a multiple SRT system to prevent harming your tree, or have a 100 ton crane make impossible tree removals look easy. Look forward to more projects in the future.

Handled a very tight scenario... gigantic maples right over my house and also power lines... with total ease. Highly recommended.

Mark did precision and thorough work, and was a clear and good communicator. He called when he said he'd call, he arrived as scheduled, and his estimates for duration of work were correct. He and his team worked hard, were good to the grounds, and cleaned up well (blew debris off driveway, raked up leaves and sticks).

Hicks Tree Service was a good experience from start to finish. Mark came when he said he would to give an estimate. He came back to do the job and was professional and careful. Removed the wood and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would definitely recommend Hicks and will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Mark took care of my snow plowing/shoveling this winter and I couldn’t be any happier! Very reasonably priced, did an excellent job, was reliable, friendly, superbly communicative and just an all around great guy. He even came out to help with other emergency snow needs. Aric is a very thoughtful person and we've been grateful to have him help us out as an electrician. He is also kind, flexible and unlike many tradespeople, patient about explaining what he's doing and why.

Aric came from over a half hour away to replace our bedroom heater in winter when I couldn't get anyone local to take on such a small job. He went above and beyond to take care of us, even going a half hour away to get a correct part and not charging us for that. Very respectful and communicative from start to finish. I recommended him to others, and they were also pleased with his work. Highly recommend.

Aric is a great electrician! He helped us with a bunch of projects as we have prioritized energy efficiency and renewable energy in our home. I was confident he was the right person to work with because of his background with solar installation. But he also did regular stuff like fixing lights and adding outlets. Aric has been extremely patient with us answering our questions and his follow up is excellent.
