Knowledgeable, through, considerate. We had significant electrical work required on our new home that was over 60 years old. They added outdoor motion detectors, recessed lights, EV charger, outlets, hanging pendants, basement lights. Some of the work required difficult areas to wire given the locations and changes in the structure of the home. They knew just what to do with minimum disruption to the walls and ceilings. They noticed little things that might have been overlooked by someone rushing to the next job.

Would hire these folks again without reservation.

After 25 years with my electrician, he passed away and I was not happy to have to move on. Patriot came an provided a great service as well as excellent communication throughout the process.

Very professional company. Electrician texted me before arrival, furnished photo. Called me when he arrived to go over the work he would be doing. Will definitely use company for all future repairs and remodels.

I was very satisfied with Patriot Electric work overall. Aaron did a wonderful job, he was professional, applied in his work and did not leave a mess behind, which is a rare thing!

Jay and company did an excellent job with a difficult situation. Replaced
service leg, 80 feet of trenching, and then 20 feet under the driveway.
They were able to avoid cutting main roots of a large tree in the way, and
were able to put the driveway pieces back like a puzzle, so that the driveway
is perfectly usable! (although it will of course need patching at some point).

Paul and his apprentice Austin were On time, efficient, and performed as requested. A very clean job. Very accommodating to customer requirements. I will use Patriot again.

Herb is seriously the nicest guy you can work with. Their prices are reasonable, their timing is great, and they really stand behind the quality of their work. We've had them take care of large electrical jobs inside of the restaurant and small stuff at our own personal homes.

7/01 - Rewired the entire front of our restaurant at a very reasonable price! Before everything we had was only on a few breakers but they installed an extra can, spread things out across seperate breakers, and even fixed an outlet that constantly popped on us.

Horrible experience. Had to book far in advance because they had no availability. The time came and went on the scheduled day. We called and they said “oh we meant to email you. We’ll come tomorrow.” Fine, but annoying since it was between 1-5pm. When the guy came, he said we need GFCI outlets, which are our responsibility. He also checked our sconce lamps and said he could fix them but since he would be coming again we decided to get new ones to install. They couldn’t schedule him for another month, so we waited. Incredibly, the scheduled time came and went AGAIN. They rescheduled for the next day, AGAIN, but I told them I wouldn’t be home until 1:15. They didn’t pass that on to electrician so when I got home he had been waiting and was frustrated. This time it was 2 different guys. They came in and said they refuse to replace out outlets or lamps as planned because GFCI isn’t good enough and they recommend we rewire our whole 200-year-old house. What?!?! Oh, but they showed up so it cost $150. Outrageous!!!

Unfortunately Patriot was unwilling to stand behind the work they did. When the local building inspector required a safety modification to the work, Patriot refused, and eventually we had to hire another company to complete the work. Save yourself the headache and hire somebody else.

Earl showed up on time and quickly troubleshooted the issues I was having. He was courteous, neat and hard working. I am very impressed with the front office coordinating the time and following up with the service.

Patriot Electric has done a wonderful job on so many projects in my home from installing my kitchen lights which included pendants over my counter, recessed lighting and under the counter lighting. They were instrumental in redesigning the lighting in my finished basement with automatic light sensors, a home entertainment system, recessed room lighting and wiring for the computer, phone, internet and so much more. They also installed roof heat that solved my ice damn issues. Each project began with a thorough meeting and walk through with the owner Richard Irwin where we discussed my needs and how we could approach the situation best. When his team arrived they were always polite, on time and very friendly. Each day when they left the area was carefully cleaned and they made sure to check-in with me and give an update on their status. Anytime I need any electrical, lighting or wiring needs, I am always going to call Patriot Electric!

Aaron was on-time, professional and friendly. Not only he did the work we had in mind, he answered additional questions we had concerning our mini split and dryer. Very happy with his work! 5 ⭐️

Paul came to install the needed light fixture within 3 days of my calling, identified the required fixes to bring it up to code within minutes and had the job done efficiently and correctly in a reasonable amount of time. Very impressed and now I can see in my basement!

The technician AARON was FANTASTIC job. Not only was he on time but proved to knowledgeable, informative, professional, and had a great personality.

The way he diagnosed my problem the went the “extra” steps to make sure everything was working fine words cannot express.

You are most FORTUNATE to have employees with the same dedication and virtues that AARON has.

This morning was the second time we have had to call Patriot Electric with an emergency. Both times they were extremely professional and responded very, very quickly. Both times the electricians who have come have been professional, knowledgeable and very polite. We can't say enough good things about Patriot Electric!! Would highly recommend for any electrical needs!

Matt was fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He made our repairs quickly and coordinated with the power company to get our power restored. He even contacted us the next day to make sure everything was back on. We will be requesting Matt for any future repairs!

We've used Patriot a couple of times for a fairly large job, and now a smaller job. Great people, good service, quick response time. Watch out for the finish work - can be a bit sloppy, but other than that, totally recommend.

Paul was on time and very friendly and professional. Had some great advice with and exterior light and some challenges in the kitchen. I will use Patriot again and highly recommend Paul! Thanks.

Paul came back (was here a few years ago) and fixed an issue with a chandelier and replaced an outlet under the kitchen sink. He explained everything he was doing and figured out what caused the outlet issue. He was very quick to understand what was needed to fix the chandelier problem. Glad I use Patriot for our electrical needs.

Joshua and his team, specifically Aaron, were exactly what I hoped for when it came time to replace the knob and tube wiring in our 2500 sqft 1900 year built home. Aaron came in and immediately showcased his skills and patience. He inspected every square inch of the home across four levels. As expected nearly every switch, outlet, light fixture, both interior and exterior was replaced or brought up to code including the main electrical panel. The damage to the original horse hair plaster during this seven week job was so minimal that I was able to repair it in a matter of an afternoon. If you are looking for knob and tube re-wire, these are your guys.

The price was fair, accurate, and true to their word. Not a cent more when the final bill came in.
The respect for the old home was extraordinary! Covering all of the furniture, gently moving anything in their way and returning it to its place after sweeping and vacuuming up. Or a single scratch on the original hardwood.
All of the expected COVID precautions were in place throughout the duration of the job complete with health reports.
We were able to work from home throughout the entire job, only taking one day off for the main panel replacement. (Truly awesome)
Protect your family, and property, by getting that knob and tube replaced.

Earl came out today to do some electrical repairs for me. He was on time, polite, professional, and honest about what I did and did not need. Definitely knew what he was doing, explained things thoroughly, worked efficiently, and got the job done. I highly recommend Earl and Patriot Electrical.
