House Cleaning reviews in Concord, Massachusetts

Simplify Cleaning has offered excellent customer service and I am happy to have chosen them for our weekly house cleaning. Luana is so kind, consistent, and so respectful of my space while working from home. Bela is wonderful at checking in to see how things are going. Their personal touch is great. I highly recommend their services.

We had Simplify Cleaning Services clean our home. She was fabulous. Went right to work, very efficient, thorough and friendly. It’s my first time having someone clean my house and I just loved. Everything looked great and the cleaning products smelled great. Not a sickening sweet smell, just clean and fresh. Thank you so much. Highly recommend them!

As this was my very first house cleaning by Simplify I was pleasantly surprised with the services provided. Cibele, the owner, even stopped by to check in!! The cleaner, I forgot her name, was prompt, polite, and very hard working. I highly recommend their services!!!

Simplify Cleaning Services are amazing and I could not recommend them enough! They truly go above and beyond to ensure every spot is clean and tidy. Scheduling and rescheduling is super simply! I truly appreciate the few days reminder notice of the date/time they are coming. They are so polite, professional and responsive. I was very nervous to have a cleaning company come in while I was working remotely, but they are so thoughtful and accommodating of any work meetings I have and its been super simple for me to move when it is time for my office to be cleaned. Additionally, my children love to see the way their bath toys get all set up in the tub. They come home from preschool so excited to see their tub and what has been done. It is the sweetest touch that makes me children so excited. I love this company and could not recommend them enough. They have truly exceeded my expectations!

Quote came through fast and reasonable. Cleaners were prompt and excellent! My oven has never been so shiny! They even cleaned my litter boxes! Great job

This company is A-1! I had an illness over the summer and my house cleaning duties fell by the wayside. I just couldn’t tackle it as it felt so overwhelming. My sister and mom gifted me a cleaning for my birthday and chose this company after reading reviews and speaking to the owner. Adriana was our cleaner and she is nothing short of a miracle worker! She arrived on time, was full of smiles, kindness and incredible hard work. She didn’t use her phone, chat, take breaks or do anything other than miracles on our home. We had a party here that weekend and it was such a gift to not be worn out from a marathon of cleaning beforehand. I got to do the fun stuff like decorating, and was relaxed for guests. If you have hesitated to get help when you need it, don’t….. It’s ok to accept a hand, you deserve it!

I would end your search for a cleaner here and call them. We are going onto a monthly schedule so that I never feel the embarrassment and defeat of a dirty house again!

First time using a cleaning service and Sil and Pri did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home! They dusted and cleaned around everything on my hutch and put everything back perfectly! Very pleased! Thank you for providing our busy family some relief!

LOVE coming home to a clean house! Cibele and her crew have been reliable and thorough every time.

If you are looking for a reputable company to clean your home or office you have found the right place.
I have been using Simplify Cleaning for 8 months.
They are very thorough cleaning my home, and they always show up on time.
Their communication to me the client, is on point. Reminding me about my appointment and allowing me to make changes very easily if I need too.
Then there is the little things. The bows made out of my blankets when they make my bed. Toilet paper rolls folded on the holder, and towels folded in neat patterns in my bathrooms.I feel like I am getting turn down service at an all-inclusive resort after every cleaning. Then there is the smell when you walk in the door. If you use there service you already know what I am talking about.
I hope this helps anyone looking for a caring, and honest cleaning company with a bright future.

This was the first time I have had my home professionally cleaned and I have to say I am thrilled! Simplify Cleaning Services has been very responsive from the time I submitted an inquiry to all the way through my cleaning to make sure I was happy with the results and Lica who was my amazing cleaner. I highly recommend Simplify Cleaning Services!

Simplify cleaners did a great job! Bela provided a quote after a quick walk thru and was able to fit us in on the following day, which was ideal as we just moved into the house. The price was in line with other quotes we received (but Bela was the only one who looked at the house in person prior to providing a quote).

The cleaner showed up on time (early in fact). She was very mindful of my fiance who was working remote that day. The cleaning was thorough, she spent a full 8 hour day cleaning. We are very happy to have a clean home we can fully move in to. Highly recommended!

This company has been very kind/professional and nice to my 🐶 Also were able to come up with custom pricing to clean up the dirt my dog constantly tracks in making my life much simpler and always follows up with good communication to make any adjustments and learn your home 🙏🙌👌🏼

We recently had Simplify perform a deep cleaning of our home before beginning regular bi-weekly services, and everything was outstanding. As someone new to using cleaning services, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the experience exceeded all of my expectations.

The owner personally came to evaluate our home and understand our specific needs. From the initial consultation through to the actual cleaning, every interaction with Simplify has been professional, thoughtful, and focused on providing excellent service.

I highly recommend Simplify to anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning company!

Our house needed a deep clean with attention to detail. The house was cleaned top to bottom and looks amazing - cabinets, baseboards, everything looks great! Highly recommend!

Thanks to Pricila & Claudia!

Wonderful cleaning services! I am always excited to come home after “cleaning day”! Everyone who has serviced our home has been thorough and respectful and have gone above and beyond. Thoughtful little touches really make my family and my home feel genuinely cared for. Leila did a wonderful job today in the face of lots of puppy and people mess! Thank you ☺️

Simplify Cleaning does a beautiful job. They are detailed, and go above and beyond. They always come with a smile, and are so kind and responsive.

Jennifer did a fantastic job! We look forward to getting our home cleaned with this company in the future

We are very lucky to have found Simplify Cleaning Service. Jennifer and Edi came today for a “top to bottom” cleaning and the house looks fantastic. Jennifer gave extra attention to our walk in shower and as they were leaving Edi stopped one last time to wipe the front door exterior threshhold. No detail missed! Thank you, ladies; and thank you Simplify. See you next month. Valerie and Frank Jenkins

Luana is amazing and always does a thorough job in every room!!! Thank you for doing a wonderful job!! She is the Best!!!!
