Howe’s was hired by Plainfield MA to take down three VERY large trees on my dead end street, and they did an EXCELLENT job very quickly. I do not know what it cost because the town was paying for it, but if I ever need tree work on my property, they will be the first people I call!

We had a big emergency on a Sunday. A tree fell on wires to our house and after power was restored Owen came right out to fix our fried outlets and make sure our system was safe. Within hours! We are so grateful for his efficiency and professionalism. Hire this man!

We had our main breaker fail on a Sunday night. Owen came out Monday morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the breaker and checked over the system for safety issues.
He was very knowledgeable and friendly. His fee was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Owen is a terrific electrician. He’s reliable, communicative, and delivers high quality work. Owen first surveyed our home before we bought it to evaluate the knob and tube. He then upgraded our electric panel and fixed other issues to ensure our home was safe and up to code before we moved in. We’ve since had him back for lighting upgrades and will continue to utilize his expertise in the future. Highly recommend!

We had multiple electrical issues and had to remove knob and tube from our entire house. Owen was so knowledgeable, professional, and competent that we brought him back for a few more jobs afterwards. What a terrible experience trying to book an emergency call. They have absolutely no interest in helping. They don't need anymore business I guess. The email response to schedule the appointment was rude and pointed and offered. I will make sure to share myu esperience with the community. Call someone else

Without doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced. Kind, professional, responsive. Also, did an incredible job taking out our very old Heating system and replacing with brand new efficient HVAC, with central air and mini splits. Can’t recommend them enough

Had a technician come to my home to look at installing central A/C. Was told they would have to think about how they would be able to install it and would get back to me with options and a quote.

After waiting almost 2 weeks I called and was told they were waiting on some information from a supplier on pricing and they would follow up. After almost a month I called back and was told the person said they had spoken to me and said this was something they wouldn't be able to do based on how my system is setup.

That is understandable for a company to say however it is NOT understandable that they did not inform me of this A MONTH AGO.

St. Pierre did an excellent job on our home HVAC project. We received several quotes and bids for our project from other contractors, but Chris from St. Pierre was the only contractor that spent the time to thoroughly analyze our home HVAC needs by performing a detailed analysis on our ductwork and airflow and determined the proper "sizing" to help heat and cool our house. Their solution involved not only replacing old equipment, but also improving and adding to our ductwork, and even adding a "Second Zone" to a finished basement that was always a different temperature from the rest of the house (now solved!). Jeff and his crew that worked in our house were highly professional and great to work with. The installation and workmanship was top-quality, they added in many nice new additions as part of the install (such as some extra shut-offs for some gas and water lines they had to move) and they used only top-quality products, such as Trane high-efficiency furnaces and variable-speed heat-pumps, all with WiFi enabled controls. They spent the time to train us on how to use the new system, and their crews were always careful about our house during the installation work and always cleaning-up when they were done for the day. Will be using them again to replace an old hot-water heater. I would highly recommend them to others without hesitation.

We have a one year old house and had a problem with our Trane control panel not rebooting after a WiFi
outage. We got a service appointment and the new owner of the business showed up to fix the problem. We had been very happy with the company before it was sold to Chris. We are now extremely happy that Chris has taken over. He got the system rebooted but said he needed to return and go through the wiring of the system. He is so easy to deal with and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it.
Now the control panel is performing all the functions it was designed to perform. We feel very fortunate that Chris is now in charge and know we will receive top notch care from him and his company!

Nelson and the guys have done multiple projects for me and every time they do an amazing job. Most importantly they show up on time and are extremely reliable with their times to complete a job and very accurate with pricing quotes. I will continue to use them for many if not all of my plumbing and heating needs!

These guys did an incredible job putting in a new furnace in my house. They came out on a Friday to check it out and were able to install the furnace the following Thursday. The team that did the install was punctual, professional and very nice. The price was right, and the job was done right. Thanks so much!
