Can’t recommend these guys enough. They stepped in to fix our radiant heat which had been disconnected by another company who couldn’t restart it. They worked with the company rep (for the controller) and an electrician and got the whole thing, not only working again, but better than ever. Very professional and responsive.

I've been a customer of Kingston plumbing and heating for 10 years. They are always very responsive and show up when they say they will be there. As a contractor, I use Kingston for projects such as remodels or new construction and the price is always the price! On the service side, I cannot begin to praise their responsiveness and professionalism, usually working around other people's schedules and property. I'm happy to recommend Kingston plumbing and heating as a long time customer. Not many can say they've worked with someone for a decade.

Kingston Plumbing and Heating recently installed plumbing for an outdoor shower at my home. The work was done in a timely fashion was extremely clean and professional. Couldn't be happier. I plan to have them complete all work on an upcoming bathroom addition as well.

Was not initially a customer, but they were out same day to diagnose my plumbing issue and fixed it. Charles was very personable and the work was great!

I highly recommend this company. A faucet head burst in our barn during freezing conditions in February. Water was spewing everywhere—a definite emergency. I found this company online, thankfully. Roy, one of their techs arrived 30 minutes later. He was very kind and knew exactly what to do. Within 10 minutes he capped the line and we all took a sigh of relief. We are grateful to Roy being so quick on his feet. He did a great job!

Charles was great! He arrived within 20-25 minutes of our call to the dispatcher, and was able to diagnose and fix our hot water boiler in an hour. He also clearly explained what could have caused the issue and the different options we had to fix the problem. He also made sure to have us thoroughly test our systems before he left to make sure everything was working properly. We are happy with the service!

They removed an old bathroom vanity and replaced with new vanity and made the plumbing up to standard. They were efficient and very professional. Angel was the lead on the job. The work wasn’t inexpensive but I highly recommend.

The house is faucet in the kitchen suddenly stopped working when we were about to have a barbecue.

I kept thinking it would magically come back on. And finally late Friday night I called- And though they did not have anyone available because they were already on a job late Friday night… Can you believe it? The guy on the phone talked to me through the repair,- for over 40 minutes. Me… Who’s technically challenged… The faucet works great now and it was free. Now I know how to fix the faucet in the future, but most of all I know who I can rely on as a great generous Plumbing Co..

Tom did a very efficient job of replacing my faucet and did an assessment that led to us putting in a water filter. He did an outstanding job! I liked his approach and he has a breadth of experience and knowledge that the homeowner appreciates.

Charles C, lead technician, of SUPER SERVICE TODAY, was super efficient, super courteous, super on time and super fast. His expertise shines through because it’s clear he loves what does.

Super Service arrived on time according to schedule. The work was done in a professional and efficient manner. I was fully informed of what needed to be done and why.

We called 5 different businesses to do a water main connection replacement and these guys responded fastest, engaged most professionally, had a fair cost and did an AMAZING job with a super quick timeline. Above all else, you’d never know that there was a gaping 10ft hole in the front yard. They removed a section of fence and tore through an old brick pathway to get to the pipe. We told them not to worry about fixing anything and we’d reassemble, but they replaced the fence and re-bricked the path anyway! You literally can’t tell that any work was done. Completely above and beyond - we highly recommend these guys!!!

Ryan communicated well and answered all my questions. We handled everything remotely while tenants gave him access to the house. I received before and after pictures as requested along with the paid invoice.
