As usual our issue was resolved professionally and on time.

Worst experience ever, quoted me by the hour sent two guys to remove 3 old faucets then install three new faucets charge me almost a thousand dollars. Called to complain fell on deaf ears. Never again

Great guys working for your company.

This company has been my go-to plumbers for years. I have a very old home and it is tough to work in this old house. Steve & company have gone out of their way for me, not only fixing my immediate need but often going beyond, and advising me on potential problems up coming. They do everything they can to not only fix the leaks, but make sure they don't have to come back tomorrow. Very satisfied.

Do not use this company they will give you the run around for days. They will send someone out to diagnose an issue to be repaired and not tell you that there is a $250 charge. The guy came an hour late, after getting a phone call that they wouldn’t be coming at all and then they say oops wrong number he’s coming. Then the guy shows up and tells us he can fix it, then calls his boss and his boss tells him to leave and we will have to wait. And they think it’s okay to charge $250 for that without previously discussing it.

We called for days asking for a quote on the job that they wouldn’t give us. We told them we needed this done on a Tuesday or Wednesday and they set up something with the town to shut off our water on Thursday without even discussing it with us. They are beyond unprofessional and unreliable. I’m absolutely baffled that they think it’s okay to drag people along the way they did to us and then try to screw us over. We will never use their services again.

I would not recommend this company... The guys who came to my house were great, very polite, but the people who run this company are awful. I had burst pipes, and men that came to our house to fix this 4 days in a row. We received the bill and noticed that the hours they charged us were off from the hours that we recorded men being there. I called in to ask about this and spoke to the lady that answers the phone for this company and she was incredibly rude. She advised me that as clients, we are responsible for the men’s travel fees...mind you we live less than a minute from the office! Nothing was adding up and nobody was willing to help us rectify anything. We will not be paying the amount that we were falsely charged for. Not to mention, we had also called mid-week to get a price of what we were at for a price so far and we received a huge attitude then as well. Horrible way to run business and extremely unpleasant to speak to.

Charged $894 for a job that should have cost no more than $190.

I was overcharged and lied to by this company. I needed the cartridges replaced on my Delta shower faucets. I brought them the info and they said they would make appt and show up with parts.

Simple one man job. Pull out old cartridge and insert new cartridge. They showed up without parts. I had given them the info they needed, series of valve and age.

They looked at valve and left to see what they could do about getting part. They called me and told me $118 per cartridge plus labor which they would not tell me how much. I have 3 valves and they said would only take 5-10 minutes to do second and third valves.

I approved all 3, which took them more than 1 hour to return to y home. I also found parts on line or in stock at Home depot for $65. They couldn't explain difference in price.

Bottom line, my bill came with charge of $144 per part and 4 manhours of labor. Two guys were at my house for less than 1 hour and they charged me $144 for parts that sell for $65.

$894 charged for a one man job that should have cost no more than $125 labor and $65 parts. I should not have paid more than $190.

Prompt service, efficient and care to detail in fixing plumbing issues. I use them over and over for their superior craftsmanship and reliability.

The price is way higher than I expected but the job was done well
