Reviews of local pros in Dedham, Massachusetts

Omar Masonry is outstanding! The customer service is fantastic. Omar replies promptly and offers great suggestions. The workmanship is also top notch. He added a large set of stairs to an existing stone wall. The stairs are so sturdy and well built, and it looks like they’ve been a part of the landscape for a long time. He also replaced a rotten retaining wall. It would highly recommend Omar Masonry and would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Awesome

Great experience. Very professional

Unprofessional! These individuals are rude and most of all inconsiderate. Stay away!

San Marino is always the the best price the workers are always very professional, and hard workers

They do great work for very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend!

They will get rid of every single leaf in your yard

Simply excellent. Their crews are meticulous and thorough. Our gardens look amazing.

Excellent service. My property looks great. Very professional staff. Always respond to email requests.

Renato and his team are knowledgeable and great to work with. They are reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Service is good and Renaldo is a good man to work with. The payment system is still outdated where you can only pay cash/check. They should have a digital payment method.

You won't find this level of quality work at this price anywhere else. Impeccable work, very thorough. Our yard always looks amazing when they are done with it!

These guys were awful. They mulched my back garden last fall and nearly buried all of my low lying plants. Then they had about $1500 worth of shrubs that were meant to be added to the landscaping. They dug a hole, took the plants out of the containers and just plunked them into the group. They did not bother to break part the roots so as to give the plants a chance to breathe. They also did a horrible job of covering them at the top, leaving at least an inch of the potted plant and it's roots exposed. Horrible job...would NOT recommend.

Reliable, fully staffed, respectful, thorough, consistent. Overall a good value. Professionally managed. We are residential home owners with an acre lot and are completely satisfied

Great experience with San Marino Landscape. Great to work with and they transformed my overgrown yard to look magical, working with my existing plants and trees. Friendly timely and fair pricing!

We had good experience last time around , so we engaged them today .
While they are known for doing a job reasonably well , I found their customer service simply atrocious. When asked for clarification with the Supervisor , One Renado, over phone about the workers who were engaged today ( as they didn’t understand a word in English) he simply misbehaved and withdrew the workers .

I hope the owner will address the issue .

Since hiring San Marino, my yard is the envy of my block. I was so impressed at how their expertise in landscaping and layout transformed it. Not only that: They maintain the look and treat my yard as if it was their own. Highly recommend. Worth the money.

I have found San Marino to be reliable and affordable! Bill just completed some landscaping for me, and he is a true artist. I can't say enough excellent things about this company. They arrived quickly, did an excellent job, and were kind and took pride in their work. After the work was finished, they cleaned up everything, leaving the property in pristine condition! Definitely hire them for anything you could possibly need in their line of expertise! I recommend them without hesitation.

I'm very happy with the residential services that San Marino provides. I've used them for a number of years for our lawn care and feel they've gotten even better over the years. There's always a head of the crew that makes sure everything is running smoothly and that I can ask questions or make requests to. The team has always worked to fill my requests. - Pat B. June 2023

They don't do what they say, no attention to detail or notes givne to the crew. They moved my sprinkler while we were on vacation, they couldn't be bothered to move it back 3 feet to its original position, sprinkler was on a timer, wasted water and ruined the grass. Their response: "We'll take that cut off your bill" what?? is that it? I've has enough with these guys.. won't use them again.

Excellent landscaper! San Marino Landscaping did a great job. They came in to the property which is a thirty unit condominium, they did an amazing job cleaning this spring they cleared everything removed dead shrubs, trimmed branches in the driveway and parking area, cleared everything out then they put in the mulch it looks amazing everyone was so impressed with the work they did. I highly recommend them they pay very close attention to details and get the job done. We have three more properties and all the condo owners was so impressed with them that they want to continue using there services. Thanks again Antonio, Renaldo & Staff. GREAT JOB!
