PART I, 7/18/24

I've had two service experiences the past week. Week one was with Scotty who came out to give me a quote on a heat pump/AC and heat pump water heater. He answered my dozens of questions in great detail and was a pleasure to work with. The week after that, Jesse and Caesar came out to cap off a gas line and replace a TP valve on my water heater. Jobs were all done quickly and cleanly and really all three guys were great to chat with. Highly, highly recommend Rego.

PART II, 9/14/24

Just had REGO install a new heat pump and electric water heater. My gas furnace was original to the house (1972) and the central A/C was completely shot, and I wanted to get my house off of gas completely. I got a couple quotes from different vendors, and REGO is who I chose based on their pricing and prior work they had done for me. Big crew this time, so a big thank you to Scotty, Robert, Jayden, Cesar, Brandon, Jesse, and...apologies to anyone I've forgotten. It was a big job and they handled it with aplomb, with fantastic fit and finish. Were it not for the fact that I have a brand-spankin' new water heater and heat pump in my closet, you'd never even know anyone was here. And this Bosch unit is so QUIET. It's nice to have the HVAC brought up to the 21st Century. I would recommend REGO without question. For anything. The fact that I didn't have to schedule separate plumbers and electricians is simply huge.

Elijah from Rego Heating and Cooling came by today to provide a quote for a tankless hot water tank, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was *actually* punctual—which I truly appreciate—and carried himself with a high level of professionalism from start to finish.

He was a pleasure to speak with, incredibly thorough, and patiently answered all of my questions. He completed everything in a timely and efficient manner. On top of that, Elijah was so kind and personable that my 4-year-old daughter absolutely adored him—she even made him a bookmark!

Rego Inc. is clearly a great business, and if you’re looking for a reliable, consistent, and professional company, look no further. Highly recommend!

Love my new house lights, Dusk to Dawn. Now I can see my driveway when I come after work. I'm also happy they could fix the outside plug outlet for my heated bird bath!

I had a very positive experience with the start of Rego Electric coming to my home to assess a leak problem. Cesar Morales was very attentive, professional & trustworthy with me. He explained every step that needs to be done on my project, and answered all my questions so that I understood clearly (I don’t speak “plumber). I will definitely refer him to my neighbors! 👍

Overall great service! Our ac went out and within 24 hours it was fixed and throughly checked: The service was fairly priced. Bill the technician was very kind and explained everything to me in detail. 10/10 would recommend

Highly recommend. Brandon and Ashton came to my house to upgrade my panel from a 100 amp service to a 200 amp service. They were very professional. Brandon and Ashton also went above and beyond to modify my work bench to pass the Electrical inspection. If you’re in need of electrical work done I strongly suggest giving your business to Rego!

Bill Bolduc is the best tech in the business. He explains the new system and understands the client's needs.

This is the seed time I have used Rego . Each time I found the representatives to be professional and also pleasant. Everything that the did was explained in a way that I cold understand. I would gladly recommend them.

Rego priced out a job and signed an agreement. Both parties signed. Sent worker who started worked and then stated they priced out the wrong part. Left the job and did not return the mini-split back to original state.

No word even after multiple calls by me. “Manager will call you”. No call. Multiple calls back and again promised a call. Instead got a text new quote for over double the cost!

I called back multiple times before I could get a manager to talk to me. They would not honor their quote and I cancelled the order.

A lot of time and aggression. Poor communication on their part. Done with them

Everything was great! Bill spoke with us and did a great job ensuring everything was working properly. He was very informative.

Duane the owner and all of the guys working on this job were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and super friendly. Definitely will recommend and plan to use them for more work here at our house.

I wanted to take a moment to share what a truly excellent experience I had working with the Rego team. From the initial estimate all the way through to project completion, everything exceeded my expectations.

When a small hiccup came up with the electrical portion of the project due to a bit of miscommunication , Robbie immediately stepped in to make sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. His responsiveness gave me total peace of mind and reinforced that we were in the best hands.

Everyone I interacted with in the office was also warm, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole experience even more positive. After the electrical service was completed, we ran into an issue with our well pump not working but the team came out first thing the next morning and had it fixed right away.

Brayden Osborne, Jayden Revil, and Robert Perry installed our heat pumps today. The team did a great job! Very skilled and professional. The team worked nonstop to get the installation completed without any delays. They were very polite and answered all of our questions. The electrician was also excellent and very knowledgeable and did his work safely and professionally.

We’re are very happy we chose Rego to perform the work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Robert Perry was a real pleasure to work with and an excellent team lead.

The guys did an awesome job installing our new ceiling fan to. 20’ vaulted ceiling. They were safe and clean. We look forward to working with them again.

Jesse and Darien were friendly, professional, and wonderful gentlemen to have working around the house. The work they did to replace our spigots were top notch! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

just had a heat pump installed. what a great team I had doing it. Cole, Nolan, Jayden, Robert, the girls in the office and there we a few I'm sure I forgot. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. they did a great job and cleaned up after they finished. thank you Rego Electric.

My heating system stopped working and the temperatures are dropping. Bill and Jared came out promptly and they took time to troubleshoot and replace the electronic board at a reasonable cost.
A day and a half later, the system stopped working again, and again Bill and Jared came out promptly. This time they addressed wiring and a pump which had originally been installed by another provider. They replaced the part and cleaned up the wiring at no charge.
I am very happy I called Rego, the are prompt, courteous, fair and honest. Thank you Rego!!
