Called Jason for a quote, he was over within hours and had a quote the next morning. It was competitive and he could start right away which was very appealing. He came and did exactly what he said he would and I was very happy overall. I highly recommend him!

Needed 8 trees down in my yard, Jason came right out, gave me more than a fair price. When it came time to remove the trees, they showed up on time and did a nice job, picked up all debris, even needed to take down portion of fence and put it right back up.

I have a VERY large Beachnut tree in my yard over hanging my house and my neightbors. Mr. Lachance and his crew came in, had their plan all thought out and did an EXCELLENT job. Very professional and Mr. Lachance Defintely is very knowlegable regarding tree types, wood density and proprer removale. Great crew full of knowlege and professionalism. GREAT JOB to this company! I would recommend them HIGHTLY! I am positive I will be a return customer as I have more work to be done on another tree.

I had a side of the yard that seemed impossible to get cleaned up, between the poison Ivy, dead tree’s, etc.. We spoke to him and he knew right away how to handle it, and explained everything perfect. He really did an amazing job! I highly recommend he finished the job in a timely manner, professional throughout, and very knowledgeable and you can tell he really likes what he does!

Family Tree Services gets an easy 5 stars from me!!

I posted on FB that I was looking to get a tree removed and the owner messaged me. He was at my house the next day to give a quote.I found their pricing extremely reasonable. When I scheduled the service they showed up exactly when they said they would. The tree was in the front yard and not only did they take it down but they cleaned up all associated debris. They are fantastic!

Jason and his team did an outstanding job removing a dying cherry tree in my yard. The tree was in a very difficult area but it was not an issue for the team at Family Tree Service! They were fast, professional and did everything they said they would do. Would highly recommend!

Jason did an excellent job working with me on removing some huge trees. Largest tree was 7-8 feet in diameter at the base. The job was complex as was the scope of the work, but Jason was very timely and effective communicating with me. I decided to change scope mid-job after discussing with him since we both underestimated the size of one of the bigger trees, and he was still able to complete the job by week's end. Definitely recommend working with him!

I cannot say enough about FTS! Jay and Blake were absolutely outstanding when we had them at our house. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to have them come back for more work. Our yard is better than we ever imagined thanks to their advice. The whole family is extremely kind and professional. I also had the please of working with Kaylan when communicating prior to the job. She was very sweet and welcoming. A+, tell your friends!

My original review of 5 Stars from 2 yrs ago still stands, but regrettably Today I must change to 1 Star. Called last Thursday 4/3 for estimate. Live Person said they could come out Fri 4/4 for look see and would call in AM prior. By 2PM, no show and no call. I called back and left a lengthy voice mail. Said 24 hour response time. Today Friday 4/11 still no response. VERY dissapointed. I left accurate contact information. Even a "sorry we're too busy" would have worked. Sorry to break their 5 Star record, but any response would have been appreciated.

Of the three Tree companies I called for estimates they are the only one to call me back same day. In fairness, another one did come and look but even as yet I haven't received an estimate. My situation was unique due to a third party involved. However after conferring with all concerned in my best interest, Family Tree was chosen as the contractor. They showed up on Sunday 02/05, to remove a dangerously leaning 50+ ft Pitch Pine. Their methods without a bucket truck had the tree down in less than 20 minutes. Start to clean up probably a little over an hour. These gentlemen were Professional, Courteous, and Respectful of my humble property. I cannot express enough thanks for how quickly this was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Jason and his "Family" of professionals. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Jason just completed a large job for me that included tree removal, digging stumps, excavation, and grading of a fairly large area in my yard. He built a beautiful retaining wall. Above all of that he even let me know that my fence company did not do an acceptable job and I needed to get them back to fix the fence (he even offered to be there when I expressed my displeasure with the fence company’s work). He was very responsive to my many phone calls throughout the process. He was punctual, respectful, and professional. He is one of those guys that can do anything and really takes pride in his work. I cannot recommend Family Tree Services enough, they really transformed my property from a mess of pine trees to a beautiful landscape.

Jason and his team at Family Tree Service provide great quality and professionalism. They recently transplanted a tree in my yard; during their initial trip, the guys were timely and personable. After a couple of weeks, I reached back out to Jason with a couple of questions. He sent someone out to my house to take care of everything I needed quickly and professionally.
